Karen also gave me Chinese herbs (pills) to help regulate my Qi. After a few months I got pregnant and stopped seeing Karen (due to other doctor expenses and out of precaution during pregnancy). The office is in a medical center, so does not have the feeling of a spa, however I liked the professional setting. The doctor felt his neck and found two of his cervical disks misaligned and popped them back into place and basically told him he's fixed and never to come back. They said that they don't take ClassPass (even though they took my credits) and told me if I wanted a massage I would have to pay them separately. I asked them why they were on ClassPass and why didn't they take themselves off instead of deceiving innocent customers and they said they were afraid they wouldn't get paid (so take yourself off ClassPass?!) I would have booked a massage through a different provider if I had known they did not actually take ClassPass. Instead I wasted about an hour of my Memorial Day weekend and I still didn't get a massage. Whoever answered the phone was super rude when I asked why they chose to continue to list on ClassPass even though they knew they wouldn't take it. I asked them why they didn't cancel the appointment instead of waste my time. But they just said that I could pay them for a massage instead. Absolutely ridiculous.
