That was no problem during the summer, but I worried come winter it would just be incredibly loose. I didn't know what to do because it was past the exchange date but I emailed them anyway. The response was awesome. As long as the ring was clean, they'd do the exchange. The quality of the ring is top notch. But it's the customer service, when doing an online order, you also really want to think about, and this place has provided it for me throughout the entire transaction!

The staff were incredibly helpful and respectfully made sure to check if we needed anything brought up to the counter. This was super helpful and freed up our hands as well ended up finding many Royal Haeger treasures. Once they knew we were set on the pieces they began wrapping and boxing our items carefully while we finished shopping. It was easy to be wrung up and they were the kindest people. The story begins by me placing an order on Kay.com for my wife's wedding gift. I asked that the…read moreitem be shipped to my place of employment instead of the house for obvious reasons.. For this reason, my online order was cancelled a day later by Kay.. Fine. So I go in to the Yorkville store with the order in hand. I show the associate the price I paid on the cancelled order, and he assured me it would be no problem to honor the price, and he would call me when the item came in as it was a special order. Fast forward to this evening, two days before we are to leave for our destination wedding. The associate I spoke with previously was not working. The person that was helping me this evening informed me that the coupon would not be honoured, as it was only redeemable online. Not only that, but the regular price is $50 more than what is shown online . I told her about the conversation I had with the previous associate, and showed her the previous order that had been cancelled by Kay. She said she couldn't do anything. Called Kay customer service, they said the same. Long story short, I went to kohls, found the item and got the price I had originally paid online. If you shop at this sham of a business, record the associates conversation when negotiating price. Apparently having it noted on the special offer paperwork does not work. Instead of having sections, everything was mixed up with practically no formal shoes. Then I decided to go to the kitchen section and found a mini waffle maker for 20 dollars when I could get one at the nearby target (about a minute away from this kohls) for half the price, and it was not on sale there. The employees were practically non-existent, but overall, not that bad.
