Sad!! 2 yrs ago I had a great experience and actually left a 5 star review for this company and the manager. Today I had the worst experience. I came here less than 30 days ago and had batteries replaced in 2 watches. One of the watches is now not working and when I came to see if I can get the battery replaced again I was turned away from the manager saying I didn't purchase the warranty. I mean less than 30 days and you need to have a warranty??? Didn't even want to look at the watch. Looked at the receipt tossed it on the counter and said no warranty "nothing I can do." I walked away feeling so disappointed in a company I was actually happy to give business to. I guess they really don't need any. Pray this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I bought 2 wood watches and they both stopped working. Went in, Elvin waited on me. Put new battery, took it home it's losing time. Couldn't fix 2nd watch because I didn't have my paper work. Said they are going to a new system. Tried to bring them back yesterday, 2 people ahead of me, only one person on duty so I left. So I still have 2 watches that don't work. One person is not enough. Well, I needed to go visit Lenscrafters and the closest one to me during the weekend was at, you guessed it: Fox Valley Mall. Making a one-stop trip out of the grueling experience, I decided to bring my animated Fossil watch for new batteries. While their quote of $15.95 for one battery and the second $5 is steep (you need 2 new batteries for mine), not everyone can change these watch batteries. I took my INVICTA gift I have used for a while and needed battery (never being dropped or in water nor abused in any way shape or form) since is a $800 watch I thought a 25+tax dlls battery replacement sounded like a good deal, and I figured they know what they are doing........ Well it backfired!! The Tech there replaced it and next thing I know the Watch didn't pass the Pressure test, Water resistant that I paid for, they kept it for a week to figure out what was wrong, after a week to have them they DID NOT take responsibility for not be able to seal it, I made the mistake to received it like that as I never wear my watch in water besides the occasional hand washing, so no big deal, worked for one day, then watch DIED, I came back to make the 2 yrs warranty effective and they said there was nothing they can do, as the battery did pass their own test, after a Very heated argument (No swearing words were interchanged) the person in this place starting to being Very rude they And threating me to not give me a refund as is stated in their Receipt, if I insisted in correcting the issue, Really? after 25 min of argument Only agreed to give me my money back IF they get the battery out. Very Bad costumer service policies. Then I took the watch to a Reputable Jewelry store just to discover that they damaged something mechanically. It cost me $215 to fix it (Fix the broken part, Seal it water resistant, and Battery replacement)... for something that The Jewelry quoted to replace battery including seal water resistant, $50!!!
