I had a ring redesigned and he sent me a 3D image of it for my approval before going ahead with the new design. It turned out absolutely gorgeous, love it! I walked in and he saw the watch and said it is simple and that he would not charge me. He also helped show me how to size it for the future. I went there to replace the battery of my CASIO G SHOCK watch. They told me will cost 14$, ended up 20$ because had two batteries. Ok... Went home and took a shower with the CASIO and water came in and the watch stopped working. Came to the store and they told me that I should have told them that I needed the watch water tested!!. For the record, this is the 3rd time I replace batteries at similar prices in other places and did not have a problem with the shower at all. I had to argue with one of the owners and finally they took the watch for repair. They came back 3 weeks after saying CASIO does not sale parts for repair. There is nothing they can do. They gave me my 20$ back and I left since is not worth more discussion here with my broken watch. Advise, stay away from this jewelry, when there is a problem they argue you back. And by the way, how come others can replace batteries with no water test having no issues and this store can not?... did they do things right with the seal back in the right position to seal?. Trust me, just go to another store that will not argue back treating you like the customer is them and not you. read more

I also had 2 gold bands designed and made to fit perfectly on either side of my eternity band. I could not be happier with the results. Raj, the owner, was so helpful and presented me with some ideas I would not have even thought of. It felt wonderful to have someone so knowledgable and patient help me with an expensive decision that I did not want to make a mistake with.
