We brought it back to exchange, but of course Husband lost the receipt. They were very friendly about it, and let me use a store credit, which I put towards this beautiful purse. The only advice that I would give to the owners (small business owner to small business owner) is that they may want to revisit their return policy and post it clearly for all to see. No small business likes to take returns, but when you feature items that people typically buy as gifts, you need a clear return policy. It just saves headaches. I'd suggest store credit only within 30 days, and with proof of purchase. That could be either receipt, gift receipt, or bank transaction on your phone app (which is what they used to determine the price of our returned item). Something like that? Just a suggestion.
