When I told the lady about the mistake she said "I doubt that" and was was rude and umprofessional The woman's hostile, ugly temperment means anyone with that gnarly personality shouldn not be dealing with the public. Not her fault, but the owner's for hiring her. Came back later after correcting the mistake with the Sheriff's department in order to do a good deed and let Lucky's know. Last spring my husband was driving his brand new 2013 low profile corvette and the master cylinder went out. We called our GM assist emergency number and they assisted us with tow company to use to get the corvette back to the 103rd Street dealership. The first tow company didn't have a truck that could take the car. The second company told me that I needed to sign a release for the car because of the damages that would occur from him putting the car on his bed. (Um..NO!) The third couldn't get it on his bed. (Remember, low profile car.) The fourth company told me that I needed to sign a release because I was going to blame him for all the damage that would occur with him putting it on his truck and that he wasn't about to mess with a crazy woman, etc. Needless to say, I WAS NOT letting that man take the car. NO WAY! He ended up cursing under his breathe and tossing his hands around and walking away from me. NICE. Now, keep in mind, my husband is annoyed at this point. Cause he hasn't dealt with any of this. He has been at work and only hears the stories and knows that I am being picky. He expresses concern that I will run out of tow companies and that I have to let "someone take the car". Ladies...you know how well that went over right?? SO, Finally ABC Tow comes. I am greeted by two young men. Who looked like they should both be in high school. I even asked them point blank if they were skipping. (Aaron didn't like that....sorry Aaron.) Anyway, I told them both how things were gunna go. No release, no nasty comments from either would be okay, etc. They were in awe that #4 was so bad. Aaron assured me that he could handle this, I watched it all go down with absolute ease. He may have looked like he was 16....but Aaron was AWESOME! He delivered the car with ease and when the clutch went out again (Second tow time)....guess who I called. (Besides the dealership to explain this was unacceptable.) I called ABC! They worked out the details with GM tow and Aaron came out AGAIN! He heard the call about a 2013 baby blue corvette and knew it was us. He came out, was a trooper when it was a bit tricky....and was again a pleasure to work with. The men that I've met with at ABC are honest and dependable. I appreciate their services and have even passed their cards out to people and companies I currently work with on a professional level. The owners will work with you when called upon. Are proactive and approachable on transactions. (Commercial and Individual tow needs.) I rate this company with ten stars. My car refused to start due to the cold weather and my attempts to have it jumped failed. I was…read morethinking it was a dead battery, but I wasn't 100% sure so I needed someone to diagnose the problem officially. Because of this, I was stuck unless I had a tow truck come out and take my car to a service place. The cost, and hassle, of doing that would have been far greater than I wanted when it was likely a simple fix for someone with car maintenance skills... Searching around, I found Kyle and after reading the only other 2 reviews at the time, I decided to give him a call. He was very courteous and promptly got me a time scheduled to come by my house to troubleshoot and fix any problems found. Very quickly, he confirmed the dead battery then proceeded to drive to an auto parts store, buy a new battery, come back and replace mine. It all took less than an hour and was exactly the kind of service I was hoping I could find! Kyle does much more than simply change a dead battery, so give him a shout if you are in need of car maintenance at your home! He saved me a good deal of time, money, and grief; I will indeed be using him again in the future.
