You can find it at Eagle Valley. I have had several cars now with lots of different issues and they did a great job. They called and kept me apprised of the progress along the way. When we ran into an issue on an older car, they helped me talk through the costs and helped decide if worth doing or not. I appreciate that they took the time to save me the money and the headache. No pressure team to help you, knowledgable to be able to solve many problems, up front if they cannot or it is not worth it. You should give them a try.

I thought the owners worked there and I thought the annoying guy who was aggressively trying to talk me out of what I wanted was the owner. This place is family-owned which I love and we absolutely need to support. And the family themselves are great. However, the family needs to be much more aggressive in intercepting all business who comes through the door. There is a guy who works there...not sure his name...but he aggressively seeks to intercept anyone coming through the door and try to talk them out of whatever kind of custom exhaust they want to do. This guy barely wants to do bolt on factory replacements. Give the customer what the customer wants. I came in for a simple set of true dual exhausts with glasspacks for my kid's car. Many this guy really gave me the third degree about how much I would hate them...even though I knew I wouldn't...and more important...my kid would love them. He does. This guy ran be off the first time. Then I kept asking around to different places and upon hearing what I wanted, everyone kept referring me back to Grain Valley Muffler. So I gave it a shot again and this time spoke to the family who owned it. They were willing to do the work...but shockingly still kind of sat around very passively while this guy who works for them kept belly aching and trying to talk me out of the work. I asked them why they let him behave that way toward customers and they seem to think they need him. They seem to think he holds some special skill and can't be replaced. To the owners, be much more aggressive in identifying yourselves as the owners and determining the customers needs. Fire whoever that guy is who keeps trying to talk everyone out of what they want. I know you don't think you can replace him...but a motivated high school kid interested in hotrods will learn to bend custom exhaust pipes. Work with the local high schools and tech schools. Or hell, one of the millions of immigrants in this country can do better than they guy you got. They're not all here illegally. Get rid of that guy...and until you do...you have to aggressively head him off and never allow him to speak to customers.

Called and got a quote because Grain Valley Muffler couldn't get me in until the following day…read more Called these guys and was quoted nearly triple what the other shop quoted. I told them how much higher they were than their compeitor and haggled a bit on the price. He said he'd talk to his boss and call me back. No call back, so I called and said I'll pay their price. I decided it was worth the extra money to get it done same day. I show up 5 min early and I'm the only person in the lobby. No one says a word to me or even looks at me. After a couple min, I say something to the guy in the lobby so he knows I'm the guy there for the appt (he already knew). I sit there for another 15 min while he makes phone calls and carries on with business like there isn't someone there for an appt. Needless to say, after 20 min of sitting there, I left as it was obvious they were doing me this way on purpose. If you didn't want my business say so. Having me waste an hour of my afternoon was pretty uncool. Felt like I was in JR High all over again. If you want to save yourself an experience like this and a lot of money, take your business to Grain Valley Muffler. Side note: I tried to talk myself out of leaving this review. Couldn't do it.
