This salon is clean and the employees are nice. This is the first time coming to this salon and I guess they just opened. I came specifically for the dipping powder that another reviewer mentioned. I came in a little after 11:30 and didn't leave until 2:44 for powder mani and regular pedicure everything was lovely but it took entirely too long. They were not staffed well as I was seated for pedicure then asked to do my manicure then asked if I Want acrylic 2-3 times. Finally almost done with my Mani and I was just going to skip the pedi I got switched to the pedi so they could get someone else acrylic nails. Then someone came in for the next appointment and the the person that was going to finish my manicure got pulled to start the appointment. I appreciate trying to accommodate people, but 4 hours is a little too long and was not relaxing after a while when I needed to get out of the shop. Updating my review. I had been there multiple times with scheduled appointments and still had to wait at least an hour. The best to come by I guess is on a Tuesday-Thursday. This place is BUSY. I've been going here almost since they first opened. Everyone is very polite and pleasant. I have no complaints about the quality of the work, though I always ask for Annie or Le. I like to get different designs and they do a great job. My issue is with the scheduling. The last 2 out of 3 appointments there's been an issue. Today I showed up at my appointment time to find there was an issue either with overbooking, or else a customer showed up VERY late and was squeezed in anyway. As a result, my nail tech was working on one customer, hadn't even started on another customer, and then there was me. 3 different people asked me if I wanted a pedicure - I wouldn't have minded one as they give great pedicures, but I didn't feel like I should have to spend another $50+ and another hour+ at the salon because of their error. Two visits ago, I made an appointment on a Monday for the following day, got seated promptly, only to be told a few minutes later that they made a mistake in scheduling and it was my technician's day off. The person who ended up doing my nails was competent, but didn't appear to be able to do what one of my usual techs could do as far as a design. I understand that mistakes happen, but if someone would just take my phone number when I book the appointment, I wouldn't waste my time driving there for nothing. I'm researching other salons. I got acrylic nails, they look pretty because acrylic nails but the lady sat me down and began to USE the MACHINE SHAVING DOWN my nail and CUTICLES, now my cuticles are dry and peeling and looks ugly for Thanksgiving. They had me change seats to the girl that was supposed to do my nails, she did a good job but then when I got home in real light I noticed the nails were far feeling like I NEED A FILL then the sides are ridgin where SHE FILED DOWN AFTER COMPLETING the GEL POLISH application... toe nails by Hong, I believe was her name, very pretty girl, where perfect and she really took her time. So I've been here twice usually have Annie as my tech and she's amazing yet my nails started changing colors a couple days after my last apt. I went back in to get them fixed today and I had the worst customer service. They had a guy, who's name I didn't catch just know he had glasses, was super rude, and didn't even try when he was fixing them. He cut my cuticles multiple times and did a horrible job re painting, then on top of that he still charged me. read more

Everyone was very friendly, but way over priced for what you get. $30 for a simple pedicure that they rushed through. They only use a pumice stone, and no attention to dry heels. By next day, it didn't even look as if I got a pedicure. Also, not sure why they even make appointments, when I still had to wait 20 minutes before they started. They really take their time and make any corrections necessary to give you perfect nails no matter how busy they are. The nail techs are all very nice and pleasant to talk with. I've visited this salon twice now for a pedicure. The salon is new and clean, the main reason I wanted to try it out. Staff is so friendly and they have the best massage chairs ever! BUT I think nail salons tend to forget half the reason people get pedicures is 1. To RELAX and not feel rushed. 2. The MASSAGE. My polished turned out great but the person doing my pedicure was going at such a fast pace. I didn't get to soak my feet for more than a min. I'm not sure if it's because I get gel on my toes but I still want to soak my feet and relax for more than 60 seconds. The "massage" just rubbing lotion in. I wish they would slow down and really massage and add a little more pressure instead of rubbing lotion in! I'm a mom of two kids under 5 and I look forward to getting a pedicure alone and relaxing. Plus i tip really good when i get a good massage :) $35 is the starting price for a pedicure and my feet are still dry which never happens. I'm young so I don't need a lot of work lol I had to go home and put lotion on I will be going back one more time to see if it gets any better. Don't get me wrong I love this nail spot and how diverse they are in the amount of things they can do for each style of nails BUT when you go to the same salon 3 different times to get 3 different nail take offs and EVERY TIME 4+ nails falls off a week in and I'm an office clerk IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE and I will NOT BE BACK! I hate that I have to leave this place but I'm not gone go continue to pay $50+ every time because they don't know how to properly apply fake nails. Took my husband for his first ever pedicure (he needed it!). It was pricey, but definitely worth it. I made an appointment the day before and when we arrived for our appointment we were seated right away. We both opted for the green tea pedicure. I forgot the official name of it, but it was amazing. I frequent Avatar nails. The wait can be long and the prices a little higher than others in the area but they are perfectionist and my nails always look great when I leave. I don't recommend the chrome/gel polish on natural nails as it doesn't last more than 2 days when I get them done here. Everything else is amazing. This was my first visit to this new salon. Very nice place. Staff were pretty friendly. Decent selection of gel colors. I really enjoyed the pedicure chair. Very comfy and high tech with the massage function. They are pricey though. $30 for a gel fill and $30 for a pedi. I will see how my nails hold up compared to my regular salon. read more

I was immediately asked "Do you have appointment" and I said no and I was told "Then I have to say sorry" there were five chairs open and no one in them. Horrible customer service and RUDE. Great attention to detail! The starting price for a pedicure was $30. It's nice because they used an awesome leg mask and that was super relaxing! The woman actually took her time. It probably took an hour total, she was particular in every aspect, which I appreciate. Is it bad that I'm surprised they took their time?! So odd, It's unusual to find a pedi worth the price and doing what they're supposed to do these days. Also, the chairs are amazing, high tech and wide. The color options were excellent too. Okay the place itself is a nice environment with very friendly workers. I was satisfied with the shape and look of my nails but I thought it was odd that she only cured each coat of gel for maybe 20 seconds. The next day I noticed all of my nails were chipping at the corners. Then 2 days after I had gotten them done I had noticed all of them were bubbling underneath the polish and my whole middle finger polish came completely off. I am extremely disappointed because I paid a decent amount of money for my nails and gave a good tip thinking she did a great job. Needless to say I will not be returning. This is my new favorite nail salon. If you're willing to spend a little extra for quality this is your place. I called before I headed down to check if they could get me in and the person I spoke to was nice. The salon is beautiful, nothing is worn down. The music was pretty calming I liked it a lot. I got a pedicure form Lisa. She was very thorough and so kind! She made sure the water wasn't too hot, the towel wasn't too hot, the rocks weren't too hot. When my feet were ticklish she still made sure she scrubbed the bottom of my feet and got them smooth. Most places I've been to just stop scrubbing because my feet are ticklish. She gave me the best pedicure I've ever had. I also got a packet to take home of moisturizer. Then I had a another lady do my fill and she was spot on as well. When I would ask to fix or add something she was 5 star about it. She asked how what shape, shee helped me pick my color and did such an amazing ombre. She did cut my skin on accident (no biggie it happens) but she did apologize sincerley and made sure it was disinfected. She made sure I was happy with my nails, I also got a bag with two tools she used on me to bring for next time. Both of the ladies who took care of me really gave me 100% work on my nails. I always felt welcome. This is probably the nicest set of staff I've ever met and I've been going to nail salons for over 10 years. This is my new nail salon for sure they had the 5 star customer service, hospitality, personality and quality work. I wish I went here sooner. It's always good to call in advance. If you get ombre like be prepared to be there a while but it was worth my results of nails. This is how a salon should be ran. Professional, kind, and hard working. I had the owner doing my nails for part of the time and he was very nice and even carried out a conversation ! He has 9 employees, everyone that walked in while I was there got seated straight away and were asked what they would like. The pedicure chairs looked very comfy, I'll have to try them out next. They had a good variety of colors for the dipped nail powders and you can get a extension for the tip of your nails if you want them a bit longer. For a manicure and powder if cost me 50 bucks before a tip. They deserve a good tip because it is time consuming and a good amount of steps. I saw another woman pull out dirty cuticle clippers from her pocket to cut someone's cuticles. Clearly, their tools are not sanitized nor cleaned, even.
