Building 9 is a one bedroom complex and is very very noisy, they have kids running up and down the stairs and hallway on weekends especially. Playing around residents vehicles. The man above me is a nightmare, and I have reported him several times. He wakes up at 3 am to work out and move his furniture around like a nut. He paces the floor all time of the night and day stumping causing my kitchen lights to move. I have never lived above a person that paces the floor 24 hours a day. He sometimes go to work other than that he's very noisy 90% of the time. Last but not least the you cannot work from home due to the power outages they have. This apartment complex has electrical issues and the power goes off on a hot sunny day. They also should have a dog policy of leaving your dog in the house for so many hours. My neighbor leaves her dog for hours and he crying and moaning all day. Another reason you can't work from home is due to all the barking as well. Kings Landing is a beautiful property but a lot of problems and issues are not addressed or residents are not held accountable. the Fair Housing Laws needs to be implemented.

I'm going to I had a small work order that needed to be fixed such as a clogged shower and sink. But the maintenance team came in minutes after placing my work order in. The leasing agent, Danielle, confirmed pricing and assured me I would be moving into a renovated unit. However, upon move-in, the pricing was different, and the unit was NOT renovated as advertised. To make matters worse, my original move-in date was changed, and at the last minute, my unit was switched because the apartment I was supposed to move into was not ready on time. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. After moving in, the issues only continued. The apartment had multiple maintenance problems, including a non-working AC. I had to go an entire weekend without air conditioning before maintenance finally installed a new unit on Monday. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the problem--overnight, the AC began leaking water inside the apartment. I reported this issue to the assistant manager, who assured me maintenance would return promptly. As of now (almost 1 PM), no one has shown up, and my bathroom floor is completely flooded. Additionally, the bathroom sink is in poor condition--it needs to be resurfaced, as the paint is chipping and there is visible rust. What is most concerning is the lack of professionalism and security. Danielle's boyfriend is frequently present in the office and, even more alarming, has been entering residents' apartments without permission. This is a serious safety and privacy concern that should not be happening under any circumstances. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and unacceptable experience. There has been a lack of communication, accountability, and urgency in resolving serious issues. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before signing a lease here.

I had not lived in an apartment for several decades. I sold my house in PA and had a good friend here in Kingwood be my eyes and ears to scope out a nice place for me. The back of the complex abuts up to a dense forest. My living room faces that way and it is just an awesome backdrop when watching TV or just relaxing. That sight was the first thing I saw when I moved in. My excellent dog Sibby has also been welcomed here. The office also has an EXCELLENT coffee/tea room to sit and enjoy a cup. One can even use one of the computers in that room while your chilling with your drink. And if you look to your left while you are on the computer, one will see the beautiful pool.

When I first contacted GCA they had no pre-furnished units already available due to demand, so they quicky negotiated with several properties for available units and when I picked one, they completely furnished it in 2 days. One suggestion: clarify prior to signing up just what you'll get. I was expecting a king-size bed but was provided with a queen-size. No worries though - I asked GCA to swap out and in 2 days had a king-size bed in place. $50 delivery charge, nothing extra per night/month. The king bed seemed a little better than the queen was, but neither was top-notch in comfort. Otherwise all other furnishings were good quality and very clean. Accessories were about as complete as one would want for a short-term lease (no blender but I bet they would have provided one if I'd asked). I'll be recommending GCA to others at my company.

I've left plenty of messages including rushed home from work to get to the leasing office before 6 I made it at 6:01 I didn't bang on the door I simply knocked and Christine came out yelling in the worst attitude I even saw her rolling her eyes saying we're closed I told her my issue how the water on the toilet is running she said go home and check if it's ok call me as soon as you check I did tell her the water is running and I'm afraid it's going to flood my apt and ruin my belongings she rudely and sarcastically (this is not the first time she's sarcastic or seems annoyed with me I just tried to ignore it maybe she's having a bad day but I've gotten to the point where I'm tired) she replied oh that's not an emergency she said she would get someone to come out the next day she never did! I call the office during business hours and I feel that they just don't answer my calls and now my toilet does not flush so yes it's an emergency now! I want to know who's going to help cover my water bill? Because this is not the first incident I've had with Christine and this apt complex in regards to my apt can I please get a manager or the owners to reach out to me because this is beyond frustrating my cabinets are another topic they're sticky from where I pointed out scratches they came in and painted over them with paint that's no longer good so they have yet to dry
