I reached out to several companies at the same time and Dean from Liberty Painting was the first one to reach back out. Dean was very thorough in the estimate and suggested several options based on my goal for the project. After getting other estimates, I still went with Liberty Painting even though they were not the cheapest bid and I am glad I did for the following reasons: -They were always easy to schedule with and were always on time. Dean with the estimate. The paint crew. The final walkthrough. -Houston based company that run their own crews. They don't outsource their paint crews like many other companies. It makes the process (estimate/painting/walkthrough/warranty) much cleaner and simpler since it's the same company. -They provide get a very hands on involved project manager, his name is Van, that communicates with you throughout the project. -The work was very solid. There were some very typical touch up spots where the paint needed an extra coat and the line between ceiling and wall needed to be reapplied, but they were happy to do the touch ups as part of the final walk through.
