I am disabled. I have MS and can't stand or walk very long. When I made my reservations online, I requested a wheelchair. When I checked in at the airlines in New Haven, the security agent told me " if you can walk, then you do not need a wheelchair". And with that she walked away, leaving me with no wheelchair I will be contacting the ADA. read more

I was really nervous about flying this airline. Tweed in New Haven is VERY small. They had plenty of staff. Everyone was pleasant. Parking, check in, security was easy. The plane took off on time without issue. The plane itself was very nice. It was an excellent experience. read more

Customer support extremely extremely rude and inconsiderate. we waited in line for 1.5 hours only for them to say we were only 38 minutes early when we got to the counter and they stopped checking bags at 40. Nowhere did it say this on the ticketing emails. Then after, they refused to help us in any way reschedule or change flights. 10 minutes later they delayed our flight by one hour, and still refused to let us check in. We ended up missing our flight, costing us an absurd amount of money and missing a very important meeting. read more

I used Avelo from New Haven to North Carolina once and it was one of my most inconvenience experiences. As soon as I got checked in for my flight they delayed it a half hour 4 times but only notified us via text & email twice. Then as it got closer in time to board the flight they changed our gate 4 times and NEVER made an announcement, sent a text or email. We really had to keep an eye on the tv screen located at the gate & then had to walk around to find which one we moved to. Now I booked flights from New Haven to Nashville and they changed the departing time 3 times already. & when they email you that there's been a change they don't tell you what that change is in the email, you have to log onto their website (WHICH DOESN'T LOAD HALF THE TIME) to figure out whats going on with your flight. The website is totally busted, it barley works, nothing loads on it & the app is even worse. read more

Todays flight has really sucked so far and we haven't even taken off yet. So far we are in the midst of a 97 minute delay because of a mechanical issue (something to do with a valve left open. The plane sat here overnight but the problem was discovered after the flight was loaded and we sat here waiting for word Pilot communication wasn't great, which is so important. So the prices seem terrific until you realize the airfare doesn't included your seat and the cost of carry on luggage. They charge extra to board early. Tweed was really wonderful, TSA folks were really happy and helpful, the cafe served super fresh foods and although the facility is really old, they've done a good job refurbishing the terminal. Absolute worst experience. 1st my flight was delayed by 2 hours, then another hour and another hour. by this time it was delayed 4.5 hours. I got to the airport 2 hours early to only be told you cannot get through tsa until your flight is called. Flight was called got through after delayed time, to only sit and wait and wait with no communication from anyone in the airport. The flight was no delayed 9.5 hours. the pilot and copilot had timed out. Once we did get a full crew the flight was delayed a total of 10.5 hours with no compensation, not even a bottle of water, we were Just was told to call customer service. I have flown them many of times in the past, but after this experience, I wont be flying with them any time soon read more

I desperately wanted Avelo to be good. A direct flight from Orlando to New Haven is the most convenient trip for me in the country. Unfortunately, they have failed repeatedly in the most basic functions of an airline, without offering the slightest assistance to remedy their self-defeating procedures. My first flight with Avelo was in September, far from any holiday weekend, well off-peak. They managed to leave my bag in Orlando, hours before a wedding I was scheduled to attend. Instead of putting it on the next flight out, early the following morning, the bag was not transported until 24 hours later, skipping 2 other valid opportunities and forcing my family to make an extra 3 hour drive the night before a wedding just to pick up the bag. This contradicted the information I waited on hold for an hour to get from customer service, who said it'd be on the next flight. The only reliable information I received was from employees at the airport. They did not use any form of tracking software with the bags - we located mine through a mobile chat with employees the New Haven workers knew in Orlando! I had hope that this was an isolated event, but unfortunately. Travel over Christmas was far worse. My flight on the 26th was canceled after 3.5 hours of rolling delays. I was never notified by Avelo of this cancelation, only by the airport loudspeaker. It took another 90 minutes on hold to manually re-schedule my flight, as I was given no assistance in rebooking once the cancelation occurred. Desperate, I was put on to a flight at 4:00pm the next day to Melbourne, about an hour from Orlando. After multiple delays, the flight was also canceled. I received no notice of this either, and had to drive to the airport to confirm that this was true. While all of the staff I have spoken to have been very kind, I cannot justify a 2nd star since almost none of them have been informed, proactive, or helpful in actually getting me home. In summary, over two round-trip bookings, we have one lost bag, countless delays, two cancelations, multiple hours on hold, no communication, and no remorse. I'll update my review in a couple weeks when I find out if I can get a refund of the money that this gross mismanagement has cost me. Edit 1: My brother was told there were no open seats and no standby options for a flight I finally secured after the odyssey of my initial review. Upon boarding, I see at least 7 open seats, including two completely free rows. Staggering incompetence between booking and scheduling departments. read more

Take my advice and NEVER fly Avelo Airline, I boarded a flight to New Haven CT from Orlando, a little over an hour into the flight we were told we had to go back to Orlando, we thought they were joking as we were half way home. When we landed they give us no updates on what is going on, they did let us off off the airline and we were told it would be a couple hours and we would be boarding again. Well a few hours later they cancelled the flight. I was left stranded in the Orlando airport, Avelo airlines even held our checked luggage hostage, and they will not book us through until 2 days later! They stated that they would give a $150/night hotel reimbursement after you send them the receipt. Hotels near the Orlando airport are around $200-$300 a night IF YOU CAN FIND ONE available with rooms (this is the Thanksgiving holiday) and on top of that you also need to pay $25-$50 for an Uber ride one way!!!! $150 doesn't even cut it! Besides what am I supposed to do for clothes and toiletries? They will not release the luggage!!! They claim they were automatically rebooking passengers for mondays flight and they would email the new itinerary, NEVER GOT an e-mail. No one even answers customer service phone number. The airport doesn't have access to the Avelo Luggage, only Avelo employees do, and they all left and went home and will not be back until Monday when the plane is scheduled to leave!!!!! read more

We were drawn in by the convenience of flying out of Tweed in New Haven, CT but what a mistake. First, I noticed my husband's TSA pre-check was listed on his boarding pass but mine was not, even though my KTN was entered. Just try calling Avelo customer service, I dare you! When I called, I was told there were 124 people ahead of me, and then had to wait quite a while for the option of pressing a button to have someone call me back. 2 1/2 hours later, a call came in that registered as Spam so I didn't pick up, it was Avelo! So I called back - now I was 197 in line and did the call back thing again. 3+ hours later I had a voicemail on my phone that didn't ring from a Rep so somehow I missed the call. Called back: now I was 204 in line! There is no chat feature on the site, nothing on the app at all, only calling a center that is clearly understaffed. I never got a call back so we had to get to the airport extra early to make sure we could go through the regular security line although I had paid for TSA pre-check and never had this problem with any other airline. Thankfully Tweed is a small airport so it wound up not being a problem, but not getting what you paid for and having no way to fix it is annoying to say the least. Next, we had paid extra to sit in the front row with extra leg room. Please don't do this! The seats were TINY with hard plastic dividers between them (not the usual arm rest but actual small walls), we couldn't even fit into the seats (literally) without extreme discomfort. I've never seen anything like it. They apparently had double booked many seats because takeoff was delayed due to multiple people having to be swapped around into other seats. Also, don't be fooled by the "cheap" price of tickets: every carryon is a charge, and you get NO snacks, no water, etc. Before flying home I tried to call to change our seats coming back to make sure those hard walls digging into our hips weren't going to be a problem. Once again, the app is useless as a) it showed we had the same seats as coming down, which we later found out we didn't so the app was showing incorrect info and b) you couldn't do anything at all on the app like change seats, chat with an agent, etc. So I called again - this time I was 217 in line and the call back took 4 hours. Someone did call back, was very rude, and said "I'm not sure what you want me to change, you're not in the front row coming home". I said oh the app shows that I am? She said "Yeah I don't know what to tell you". So while I had her, I mentioned the TSA pre-check debacle on the way down because once again, my boarding passes showed my husband had pre-check but I didn't. She said "yes, your KTN is in there, but I can't help you, you have to go to the counter at the airport". Shocked that she couldn't send a new boarding pass or that I couldn't do it via the app. Get to the airport (Atlanta airport btw, HUGE) and in looking for the Avelo desk, nobody at the airport was sure what Avelo even was. We finally saw a tiny sign pointing to a sketchy little separate room and walked in. Waited in line, only to find out Avelo shares the desk with some other airline and that person told me nobody from Avelo was even there yet (we're always told to get to the airport 2 hours before a flight, especially the large airports: why aren't they there yet?). So once again, we went through the regular line which was a much bigger deal at a large airport, although I had paid for TSA pre-check. Bottom line: their customer service is non-existent. You can't do anything with the app, there's no other way to get ahold of anybody other than calling, and you're always 100+ in line and have to wait hours for a call back and then get no help anyway. Mistakes happen, I get that - but no other airline has ever a) screwed up my TSA precheck, b) not had a way to get ahold of them c) given me no value for the money d) been ruder or less caring all around. Wanted to get away for a girls trip and saw that Avelo was running flight specials to Myrtle Beach. Since Tweed is so close to home, we said why not!? Booked a flight for $49 each way, super cheap! When we got to tweed the check in was easy and boarded about 30 mins later. The airplane was a 3 seater on each side. Pleasantly surprised at how much leg room I had and how big the plane was. The flight attendants were so friendly and funny! I really enjoyed Avelo, and will fly with them again! P.s. the flight to Myrtle Beach, SC was only 1hr and 20 mins! How fast is that! read more

I have flown with Avelo a handful of times and had no issues, however, after my most recent flight, I understand why this airline has such horrible reviews. My flight was from PBI ( west palm) to HVN (New Haven) yesterday evening (11/26/23) . Got to PBI two hours early (the recommended time on Avelo website) and was told that check in wasn't available for 50 minutes with no given reason. After waiting on the floor with several other passengers for the 50 minutes, was greeted by an agent from 'aviation ' , a third party company ( found out that most 'agents' Avelo hires are staffed by third party companies), who didn't have the authority to take the $300 worth of Avelo points I have collected to put towards a checked bag. The 'agents' only advice was to call customer service, who then informed me that only, an Avelo representative at the airport can help me. After the second trip up to the check in counter the third party agent confirmed that there were no avelo agents in the airport ( PBI ) and there was nothing they can do. What's the point of getting refunded money to points on Avelo without being able to use them ? And why have agents at an airport that don't have any authority to help you ? Doesn't stop there ... The flight was delayed an hour and took off at 8:40 PM from PBI . When descending into HVN the plane pulled up, the captain notified us about 45 minutes later that the airport didn't give the plane clearance to land due to the lack of visibility on the runway. We ended up going in circles ( for about 2 hours and 40 minutes in turbulence) while the captain would occasionally give announcements, such as; that he's making another attempt, the machine at HVN airport was not working to give the plane clearance to land, or the status of how much gas we had left. After the hours of circles (please take a look at the photo attached that shows our flight path) we ended up being diverted to Bradley Int. We arrived at the gate at 1:20am, and the only announcement was an apology for inconvenience and to have a nice rest of the evening. Due to the late hour majority of the passengers had issues getting Ubers/Lyfts, not to mention, the high rates of the rides. By the time I was in my Uber ($200) it was around 2:30 am, and an hour + farther from my destination than it would be from HVN. I called Avelo the next day to inform them of the situation and they told me that there is nothing they can do. I do understand things happen due to weather, but one would think that the airline would try to offer something for that kind of 'inconvenience' but hey, like I said prior its not like the 'points' they give you do anything anyways. If you want to take the risk and try it out go for it, like I said I've had no issues in the past with this airline. But after knowing how customer service is when things go wrong, I really don't think it's worth it. read more

The New Haven terminal is a mess. Carry your own bag that you have paid to check to the screening area? Traffic in the airport for arrivals is a jammed mess. TSA security yelled at my senior wife and me, twice. Seats in the airplane barely provide breathing room between them. Boarding in an outdoor ramp in the drizzle. Only two rental car companies on airport. Silly boarding process that has already seated passengers get up to allow those in later boarding rows to slide in. AND they suggest they are "low fare"! The fares start low but the add ons for our pricing $100 more each than Southwest without the above hassles. Reminds me of the old and long defunct Peoples Express. Never again for us. read more

My husband and I travelled home from a round trip to Houston yesterday. We checked in as requested and accidentally paid for two checked bags. I tried to get it resolved with an agent in person but was told I had to call customer service. When I called today (less than 24 hours later) I was greeted by an unfriendly, cold agent who said she saw the notes from the live agent who indicated the mistake with the bags, but the final decision from leadership is we would get a travel credit - not a refund. Rediculous! I have never had such poor service from an airline for which I paid over $500 in "ADD-ONS" (seat selection, checked baggage) when my tickets were just over $300. What does that say about who they are?? Bottom line is my low-cost airline who flies out of New Haven, CT cost me close to $1,000 for two people to fly with zero flexibility-- and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I took my first flight on Avelo last evening. I am pleased to say that it was absolutely fine. Boarded at Tampa, no issues and an easy boarding process. The inflight was fine and more than I expected. The plane was well staff with an accompanying staff, they even served us a bottle of water and a delicious cookie at no charge. The seats are tight but for the price and the flight duration, it was fine. We exited at Tweed in New Haven, and the cold air hit us. Leaving the air paper was easy and convenient. The plane was early to arrive and that was a bonus. Don't be hesitant to book and fly, professional staff, clean and well maintained plane and a snack to boot. I recently flew Avelo out of New Haven to Fort Myers and had an enjoyable experience. Checkin and security was a breeze. Jorge was the associate that helped me get checked in and he was friendly and professional so shoutout to him! From the check in counter to sitting at my gate it took me about 10-15mins at most. We were boarded quickly and were actually gonna be leaving a few minutes earlier than expected but there was a problem with one of the deicing trucks so it took a little longer for that process but the staff and pilot were very informative during this time and let us know the situation. The flight was smooth. They handed out a small water and cookie which was more than I was expecting to be honest. The legroom and seat size is less than average but you can pay more than I did to pick a few seats with more legroom and I might do that next time. It's an ala cart airline so know that when you book you pay to pick your seat, pay to check your bag and if you bring a carry on too big to fit under the seat in front of you, you have to pay for that too. I looked at numerous airlines and priced it all out and with picking my seat and checking my bag both ways my total was $133 and I got to come in and out of an airport that's about 10 mins from home. My return flight boarded and left on time out of Fort Myers and was smooth. We even got in early to New Haven. My baggage was on the belt by the time I got off the plane. All in all a good experience and I will book with them again but I might just pay a little more for that bigger seat. read more

Have had to fly out of and into New Haven a few times, but the last time was the worst. Avelo has added so many flights that its as packed as a European soccer stadium. It was 31 degrees the other day and we had to wait OUTSIDE the main building in line to get in for 20 minutes. Once that was done, the snaking line inside was so bizarre and long. Unpleasant staff was not nice, and told people to get to the sides. Tiny airport, but now its a major pain. The sign said the flight was on time to leave, but delayed twice and they never updated the signage. Sloppy and lazy organization. Parking is also a real pain, pricey, congested, and some lots closed a few days before our flight. Next time we go in and out of the Hartford airport again. Great EZ access location but not worth the aggravation and inconvenience. And before the day of departure they changed the flight time. Why? Were the hamsters that power the rubber bands on the propellers too tired? read more

Avelo airlines has to get their feet wet before they start offering their services outside of Tweed New Haven's airport. THIS IS THE WORST AIRLINE! They over book, with no regard of their customers ... They fail to keep customers in complete contact of delays. We went on vacation on April 1st- April 9th. We didn't not depart the Tweed Airport until April 2, @ 7:40; which meant we had to stay overnight in New Haven Ct. we live in New York two hours away. We had to pay a cab service charge of 25.00 to La Quita hotel near by for an overnight charge of 157.00 dollars. The next day we get their the airport is in Chaos due to our flight that was cancelled over night, and other flights that were leaving close in time as ours. Customers were yelling at us rather than the airport employees for allowing us to go first to board our flight. We get on Baird travelled 2hour 20 minutes. No extra accommodations were offered like a bottled water or any snacks to help us through this flight. I realize the airline does not offer this service but having to arrive at airport at 5:45 for a 7:40 flight was quite an ask after the previous days inconvenience. This must be rectified. This was a horrific experience for the first time. Upon our return at Orlando airport no gate was assigned so now we enter airport go through one check in line to find out it was incorrect section of the airport. This caused us to return back to back to find the correct terminal (A) Fate 111! We barely made it to our flight as they were boarding. We get to airport in Tweed New Haven, and fortunately the pilot arrived 20 minutes earlier at 11:20 rather than 11:40. Well let's not celebrate it too early. The shuttle driver refused to take us to the parking garage because it didn't start until 12:30, so basically stranded again. He drove in circles around the parking lot for 40 minutes. We ended getting a cab service to parking and there a validation ticket was asked for so we could get the fee of 15.00 a day another 20 minutes to validate this... . If this is the last airline available in the world, I will have to decline and make other accommodations . I hope someone reaches out to our family about our horrible experience. read more

My husband, my mom and 6 month old baby were traveling to Destin, FL for a wedding Thursday morning and were excited to see that Avelo had a direct flight. We checked in with plenty of time and went right to the small gate where it was packed with people. I went up to the check in counter to make sure it wasn't our flight (the signage was very confusing) and the employee said no, Destin was in 45 minutes they were now boarding Wilmington NC. My mom sat down with the baby and my husband and I went to get coffees. We heard a man (or lack there of) Felipe Cordero, yelling "last call for Destin, 1 minute" (their PA system was broken come to find out). We raced over to the gate (25 yards away) to see my mom with our baby pleading with the crew to open the door that they just slammed in front of her face. Confused, we asked what was happening and Felipe said it was "too late" the gate was closed. There were 100 passengers standing outside the door that he refused to open, on the tarmac to the plane. He could have easily opened the door and let us on but he refused even though he saw us walking (1 SECOND after he said 1 MINUTE before the flight was closed) over to the entrance before slamming the door shut. There were also no other flights to Destin until Saturday. Our luggage, car seat and stroller were all on the plane. I pleaded with him to at least get our car seat before the plane took off so we could get home. He absolutely refused and told us to go buy another. We asked to see his badge but he flipped it over and said no. I was so shaken and upset, I asked the New Haven Police Officer there to assist (who could not have been any nicer). The police officer got his name for us, and stayed with us the whole time and tried to help with suggestions how to get to our destination. Before leaving, he gave us his cell to call directly if we needed anything. We had to rebook to Orlando, rent a car and drive 6 hours to Destin after waiting another 3 hours in Avelos terminal for the next flight. Waiting for the next flight, it happened to 3 other people running to the gate who missed their flight to their destination bc of the broken PA system and misleading signage all saying the same thing "there was no announcement!". Should we have double checked that our plane wasn't boarding even though I had already asked if the line was going to our destination? Maybe. But the way Felipe and his crew treated us with a BABY (and a crying mom!) was completely unacceptable and just mean. We wrote the CEO of Avelo and have gotten the run around on the phone but hoping for a response to let them know how mismanaged and horrible their New Haven airport is. HPN, LGA and JFK are worth the extra money and distance over the close proximity of Avelo's poor excuse of an airport. read more

The worst experience with Avelo. We were booked on a 6:20 pm flight from Tampa to New Haven. It was delayed 4 times (8:30pm, 9:17pm, 10:17pm 12 midnight) antd then canceled at 9pm. Avelo provided no food, lodging or transportation accommodations as they said they weren't authorized to do so. All passengers were left to fend for themselves. Avelo couldn't tell us what flight the next day we were re-booked on but said we would eventually receive an email. Many hotels in the area were booked solid. We eventually found one and at midnight the email said re-booked on 1:40 pm flight. We arrived at the airport 2 hours ahead, checked our bags, got our boarding pass and asked the agent if there were going to be any delays. Nope, no delays. At 12 noon, the flight was delayed to 6:20 pm. We weren't having it. We booked a flight on Frontier Airlines to Hartford. When we went to the Avelo ticketing desk to retrieve our checked luggage, they said they were canceling the flight....and they did. We took off on a 3:15 pm Frontier flight on-time and landed 15 minutes early. We rented a car and drove an hour and 5 minutes home to arrive at 7:30 pm. It cost us $800 in additional expenses, two full travel days, extensive hours waiting in the airport and not one accommodation from Avelo. Absolutely unacceptable business practices. I'm submitting a complaint with all my receipts for reimbursement. I'm in for the fight! NEVER EVER flying Avelo. I'll spend the extra money with a better airline. read more

Avelo is a great airline if you are not depending on your flight actually occurring or occurring on time. If you are ok with cancelled routes out of the blue, rolling delays, information via email (be sure to watch your email on day of travel) and unreachable customer service they are your carrier. Finally, will you have an exit strategy when their service fails or is Avelo the only carrier at a small regional airport? All things to consider when you book with them. With established carriers I watch the weather but trust the carrier. With Avelo the carrier adds it own element of variation. If you want your future flight to be reliable (barring weather) with bailout options then stick with an established carrier at an airport with options. read more

If I could give less than a one star review, I would I was supposed to pick up my older in-laws at Tampa airport this morning coming home from New Haven Connecticut, and I got this text message instead. "We are in the middle of a lots of disgruntled people who have all missed their flights, us included, due to Avelo check-in incompetence! What a mess. Having to go to Orlando. Will update in a bit. We will catch a bus or shuttle from there." My reply: I do hope they are compensating y'all well for their lack of competence. Are they going to pay for your shuttle from Orlando to Tampa? I would make sure they know it's two hours from your home not just the 20 minute drive it would be from Tampa. "I seriously doubt it and we had to pay over $100 to change tickets." I doubt I would ever fly this airline, given what my in-laws have had to put up with to get a inexpensive flight to be able to see their granddaughter's graduation from college. read more

Terrible experience with Avelo. Leaving from PBI was bad. 3 hour delay for mechanical issues with different plane. Return trip from New Haven, 12 hrs of BS. Boarded plane , moved 20 feet, pilot claimed no flight's landing in Fla. Then claimed no flights into PBI. Meanwhile we on tarmac 21/2 hours. De barked from flight and waited another 212/2 hits to fly . Didn't make sense then or now. Done with Avelo !!! read more

Flying with Avelo means they close the doors 7 minutes early today and left over 40 people at the gate unable to board from New Haven to Tampa today with no resolution at the gate accept we need to go to the Website to find out about refunds and bags that were already on the plane. Customer service could not help with bags only given an email I emailed them 5 hours ago with no response. Meanwhile I'm in New Haven. My bag with needed medication is in Tampa and no contact on how to get it back. Will never fly Avelo again read more

Avelo did not ship my luggage to Tampa on a non stop flight out of East Haven. There is little to no customer service or desk at airport. You are left at your destination feeling completely unsure you will ever see your bag again. After multiple avenues(hours) filing baggage claim(on line only) and waiting for a customer service representative to pick up I received a call the next day that my luggage was at the airport, they showed no interest in bringing my bag so I decided if I was going to retrieve it I needed to return to Tampa airport and pi k it up. When I got to the airport and tracked down the representative, it was not my bag. It took another day for them to track it down and get it to the hotel. This airline was bad on on all levels. The flight out the captain left the door unlocked ked and open with passengers roaming the aisle and overhead cargo bins open with very little site of air crew. A child and father playing at the emergency exit door was alarming to say the least( this was not there seats). No amount of savings for the flight is worth the unprofessional and uncertainty this airline demonstrates. There customer service is near zero and they charge you extra for all bags. Do yourself a favor and choose an airline that will at minimum have professional representation at the airport, a customer service that has the authority to respond to the issues at hand and a management that cares to follow up on their mistakes read more

Plane was so tight, and dirty! There was black mold straight down the seam in the ceiling of the plane! I actually brought it to the stewardesses attention! She told me it was grease from when they take apart the plane and put it back together! There was some " big guy" who must have worked for Avelo. Every time the stewardess walked by, they all sat and chatted with him. When he heard me mention it. He got right on his phone took pictures and started writing emails. I wasn't the only one. The poor boy next to me was a wreck on the landing! On the way down the woman next to me said " never again! I'll go to Hartford" she had flown "Breeze" out of Hartford. Said it was wonderful! New planes, clean, etc. Mind you I could have went by Delta and NOT paid! But no... I paid for convenience. But it truly was NOT! No parking, TSA line was a nightmare! The line was around the building! I'll drive 45 minutes! read more

The flights may be cheap but the baggage is so expensive. There is no reason a checked bag should cost more than my actual ticket, it's actually insane. $120r round trip for baggage??? I spent less money on baggage for an INTERNATIONAL trip. read more

Thanks Avelo. NYE and a death in the family. My BIL is flying in from FLA and how did I know that you would probably delay his flight almost two hours and now I have to pick him up at the airport at 11:30 pm when all the drunk drivers are out? Oh but it gets better, at 7:53 he gets a notification that the flight that was scheduled to leave at 9:30 (originally scheduled for 6:30) is now cancelled. You are now famous for delaying and then cancelling flights for no good reason. Thanks again, you suck. read more
