The male receptionist didn't explain that to me on the phone and tried to say that 'I did speak to you bout the retainers but I also said that Dr. Nguyen wasn't here' - like that doesn't explain anything. He literally jumped off his seat to say that to me not only that he rolled his eyes at me, raised his voice at me and all of this happened in front of my son and daughter. Literally disrespect and apparently it's ok for him to do that and I'm suppose to let him do that. The only reason that I didn't returned the attitude back to him or even worse was because of my kids. Now my son is without retainers and I just wasted $3500 on Invisalign. Called my dentist (Brident @ Gulf Fwy) and they were able to get me in for this location and told me to head there ASAP to be able to be seen as this dentist had an opening for an extraction. Ive been having pain in one of my wisdom teeth. keyword: ONE Got there by 10:30 am was told to wait to be seen, got sent into a cubicle at 10:50, did not get talked to until 11:45. Dentist did not even have my xrays ready and so they could not proceed with him checking my wisdom teeth. Desperately he sent an assistant to get my xrays done once again. After time passed, assistant told me to go to front office because they were backed up and no longer had free time for me to be seen. Got sent to the front and the receptionist scheduled me to go back at 3:00pm to get my extraction done. I go home, eat and come back only for one assistant to tell me that the dentist wouldn't take anything out today. After waiting another 15-20 minutes, dentist walks in and explains my wisdom teeth situation. Although I get that its preferably to get four out, I stated since the very beginning that I was only there to get ONE wisdom tooth out. It was very clearly communicated since the moment I walked in. After hearing the whole sermon about my wisdom teeth I ask why not only take out the wisdom tooth that is bothering me and that i am asking for? Dentist only answered: "To be more efficient of my time." With that being said, I walked out. It is ridiculous to have someone waiting that long only for them to turn you away because you want only one wisdom tooth out. Like i get the fact we all want money, but being this money hungry is not it. He asked for me to come in that very same day, although the practice was closed, to address my concern. This is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to!
