With nearly 100 guests in attendance, Kim was the main point of contact for hotels, transportation to and from the airport, as well as tours. A great thing about working with Kim is the ability to reserve activities in advance using credit cards and giving guest the ability to pay over time for those who needed it vs. wiring cash overseas. Regarding the wedding, during the planning period, Kim was the main communicator to the Chef, and did great in conveying what was most important to us.
