Renu did a fantastic job. These are exactly the kind of people I choose to give my business to. When I went to tip the mechanic, he told me to give it to his boss. On a whim I called Affordable and they told me to come right down. Jaime gave me an estimate and told me to bring it back the next day. 24 hours later BOOM. That unsightly dent it gone. And the price? Well they definitely lived upto their name. But most of all the quality of repair was great. I can't tell at all where the dent was. 100% gone. And I'm 100% satisfied. Love the fact that I can drop off the car in the early morning and chat with staff while the car is repaired. The waiting room is clean and quiet. Plus no upselling or grief when I need to do a repair in stages. Instead, Brian offers common sense solutions and great alternatives to solve an issue. Brian is pleasure to work with and patient with my less than knowlegeable questions :-) He walks you through the whole repair if you have questions. After another local repair shop failed twice to complete repairs without breaking other systems and costing me more money, I went looking for a better place. This is it! So nice to be able to trust a mechanic to do a great job! I read over some of the other reviews and the "one stars" are totally out of character for Brian and I suspect they are bogus. Another great experience I had with Hansen Auto Body & Automotive was when I recently needed the exhaust system repaired.
