Secondly, I ordered flowers online and when they arrived to the recipient, it looked nothing like the pictured arrangement on the website. Also, the flowers arrived wilted.. that's unacceptable and quite frankly embarrassing for both of business and the person sending the flowers. It cost a little over $200 but regardless of the cost, they should honor quality and also have the audacity to get back to their customers in a timely manner. I will definitely not use this business again.

Do not believe any reviews that give this shop less than 5 stars…read more I received a surprise delivery of flowers on February 1st, and luckily, I asked the delivery lady where they were from as she was walking away because they were absolutely stunning. Today is Feb 6th and I cannot tell you how fresh they still look! Every day, I have been amazed at how the arrangement still looks like it did the first day! What kind of sorcery is this? I don't know, but I had to leave a review because these are (hands down) the very best flowers I have ever received! Usually the flowers are starting to droop on day two or three. See photo of the 6 day old arrangement. Truly hard to believe!

This review is long overdue but absolutely necessary. I was extremely disappointed and honestly…read moreappalled by the level of service we received. My honey and I came in to purchase a boutonniere for his 50th birthday celebration. From the moment we walked in, the energy felt off. I immediately noticed there was no clear explanation of the process -- I had to ask questions just to understand how things worked. Despite that, I gave very clear and specific instructions: a red rose, wrapped with black trim, gold-sprayed leaves, and baby's breath. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm the order was ready and was met with rudeness over the phone. When I arrived and saw the boutonniere, I was completely disappointed -- there was no baby's breath. When I asked about it, I was told, "Oh, I didn't put it. I thought what I added looked more elegant." Imagine paying for something and having someone change your order based on their personal preference. That is unacceptable. I had to firmly express my concerns and insist that it be corrected to match what we originally discussed and ordered. While I waited for it to be fixed, it was frustrating to say the least. Instead of baby's breath, she added small yellow flowers that would have completely clashed with his suit and the color theme of his party. Thank goodness this was not our wedding day -- the outcome could have been an absolute disaster. I'm sharing this so others are aware: double-check your order before leaving. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

I placed an order through their website for a specific arrangement that they had ON their website…read more I wrote a few requests one of them being to not include leaves. The owner, I am guessing, is the one who called me. He sounded extremely dissatisfied that I requested no leaves and was very honest about the arrangement not looking the same. At the end of our phone call, I said if it's going to change the arrangement drastically, then just include it. He assured me that he will do his best to make sure the arrangement looks right. The recipient sent me a picture when it was delivered and it looked NOTHING close to what it displays on his website. The tulips were not properly arranged and it looked like it was just placed randomly (mostly on the bottom) which caused the arrangement to come with all the tulips drooping. I called to let him know my dissatisfaction and to specifically tell him about the tulip placement and he became defensive and said the reason why the tulips were drooping were because of me asking for no greenery. I told him the placement of the tulips in the picture versus the arrangement is not even close and it has nothing to do with the greenery not being included. Instead of offering some sort of compensation like most flower shops do, he continued to argue with me back and forth. I was very honest and told him I would be submitting this review. If you want horrible customer service, and somebody who doesn't take accountability, feel free to use them. Otherwise, it's a hard pass!!! I've attached the pictures of the website vs the arrangement I got so you can make your own judgement. Customer service alone is my top priority and this place has NONE.
