We waited for 10, 15, 20 minutes and still nobody and they put their phones on "busy" so we couldn't even get through to someone to see if anyone was coming and worries about calling someone else in case 2 services came. We ended up being outside for almost two hours in all the confusion, waiting and then having to call someone else to come and help us. So instead of calling us back to admit they didnt have anyone that could make it out to us they made us wait and wonder for even longer! We had groceries and 2 kids sleeping inside with a broken latch on our door. Super unprofessional, I wouldn't have even been mad if you couldn't make it out to us just TELL us so we can make the proper arrangements.

The estimate was in the range my research indicated to expect. We dropped of the trunk, he told us he would work on it on Tuesday. On Monday I got a call saying it was opened and they made a key. Cost was well inline with estimate. He exceeded the realistic expectations he had set in all ways.
