Amazing experience at Autozone @ 1015 Airport Rd in Allentown, PA. The starter on my car would not turn over and although it was parked across on the other side of Airport Rd the awesome team had one of their associates (Michael) come to my vehicle to run the tests needed to see what was wrong with it. After getting that information and coming back to the Autozone store to further diagnose the issue Michael confirmed that it was in fact the battery that needed to be replaced. Not only did Michael help me choose the best battery for my Nissan Rogue, he personally came back across the road to install it at which point I was extremely grateful and delighted when my car started without any further issues. Michael, his manager Anthony and the rest of the team at this Autozone location need to recognized for their OUTSTANDING customer service to me and I have no doubt to their community. Should I have any further issues with my Nissan I will definitely stop here first and get their assessment and feedback. I highly recommend this Autozone on Airport Road for anyone needing guidance with their vehicle concerns! read more

I was helped by a gentlemen named Leslie he was very rude. He didn't help me with what I was asking and he rushed off to the back fairly quickly. He had a thick accent and that didn't bother me but he just pointed to where I should go with what looked like a scanning gun. He just didn't care at all ... Please hire employees that want to work that want to be there! Very disappointing visit, and it's a shame because we own a mechanic and buy from that auto zone all the time!!! All of the other employees are always super friendly but Leslie was just not nice!!! Unfit for customer service !!!! read more

Don't go here if you plan on spending less than an hour to an hour and a half finding one part they don't have in stock anymore and can't even order in even if you had a lifetime warranty with them before. they ordered well more properly at least try the order a part several times before realizing that they couldn't even get it in anyway. this resulted in not only them wasting their own time and company time but wasting approximately 10 gallons of gas of mine and at least 3-1/2 days of work. all of this was primarily because none of them know how to operate z-net properly, and because when inputting warranties from customers purchases they never actually put them under the file for that vehicle, instead all they ever do is leave it blank when checking out and it whines up in the unknown vehicle folder, this means that when you go to look it up later it's not there, even if they look in the unknown vehicle folder sometimes it isn't there because the system will occasionally just discard it, so congratulations you wind up paying extra money for a warranty they never have record of even if you have the original box and part number it does them no good. read more

This store is ran terrible. Nobody is ever available to help you. Nobody is friendly. I don't recommend going to this autozone. I've been to plenty, by far the worst service. read more

If only there was a negative star option! the employees here are not knowledgeable and basically get you to buy and send you out of the store. they sold me a wrong size battery which caused corrosion and was unwilling to come up with a resolve other than for me to buy a brand new battery with a brand new warranty. horrible horrible staff of course the district manager had their back so I was left with the expense of buying a new battery and fixing the parts that got corroded as well I will never spend money in this place again! read more

Very helpful and friendly! They put my headlights in for free and even gave me a lesson in mechanics!
