Upon my attempt at consuming them after returning home, I realized the meat was rare at best, undercooked for this cut of meat. The texture was of raw fatty meat that was unfit to be eaten. Sad they looked so promising other than the to rare meat. They were on the special menu I would have thought meat was prepared ahead of time, marinated and slow cook ed. The meal was $15.95 so I figured it wasn't a huge loss. Hopefully they take those of the menu or prepare differently for future orders. Fun evening, easy getting an uber out of property. They are a hilarious dynamic duo and I certainly miss visiting since having left Syracuse.
