We always enjoy taking a ride to BVILLE and having lunch at the Angry Garlic. Service by Jennifer was very good. The place wasn't busy when we first got there but then got busier. Jennifer was friendly and attentive. We had her on a previous visit. Great wine and craft beer selections. Starters, wings yummy perfectly cooked. We chose their Coffee bacon honey for a change. Excellent flavor. Garlic bites always amazing with great flavor. quesadilla special, typically I don't get them, but it sounded and was good. Spinach, tomato with their sliced meatballs in their Vodka Sauce. Really good combo. Very messy. Spouse had Shrimp Tacos. Excellent as well. Can't wait to return to try their Fuego Burger or chicken sandwich sounds amazing. FYI new Winter menu is coming so a return visit is planned to check it out. Worth the drive. STREET PARKING. When you enter the bar with seating is in front of you. More seating further back. Table service is also on the left.

Absolutely I would go back! Biggest rack of ribs and the tastiest I've had in a long time. The owner came around and asked if we needed anything. The atmosphere was great nice and quiet

My first time visiting Angry Garlic after hearing about it for years, and everything was tasty. We ordered 10 garlic wings to start, and they were crispy and a decent size. The service was great, and lots of beers on tap and diverse menu choices. We got a reservation because it's not huge, but it also wasn't too crowded on a weekday night. Don't come here maybe if you don't like garlic at all?

Such a fun girls night! Gary Johnson, the singer was phenomenal! I suggested Spice Girls and he did not disappoint! Hahaha absolutely amazing

If you love garlic as I do you really can't go wrong here. Recommend: The Garlic & Herb Chicken - Grilled garlic marinated chicken served with grilled leeks and finished with a roasted garlic chive cream sauce. Tons of flavor. Garlic Meatballs - house-made daily. Juicy flavor bombs. Strong local craft beers list. Great service and nice family vibe.

I keep trying to like this local establishment, but just can't get a great meal. We ate dinner during a busy night over the Thanksgiving holiday, so perhaps things were a little hectic. Our drink order was correct, but there were several issues with our dinner; wrong size salad, wrong entree and they forgot to serve us our appetizer. Food is okay. Wings were good, but there fries were cold. This is one of at least five times I have dined here and I think they can do a lot better.

My favorite part of Persimmons is that the service isn't super fast. It so nice to just sit and enjoy conversation and not feel like you are being rushed. One time at brunch our server told us to just flip our table topper upright when we were ready to order so that we didn't feel rushed. Food: I love the menu! My husband loved the catfish. Truffle fries are amazing. Brussel sprouts are delicious. I have not tried the calamari yet but have seen several people order and rave about it. It looks amazing. Super odd but I'm obsessed with the grilled chicken on the salad. It's literally cooked to perfection every time! The house salad dressing is amazing. Ooo and the wings. The Georgia bbq has just the slightest peach flavor. It's so good. Compliments to the new chef! I'm really excited to see what else he brings to the menu. Drinks: probably the highlight for me. The bartenders are amazing!! Charlie, Sienna, and Azalea are amazing! Overall: how about that manager!!! I just love him! He works so hard to make sure every guest feels special and taken care of. So thankful to have such a nice welcoming place to spend a Friday evening at.

Once inside, the distillery is to the right, and the bar and dining area is to the left. You seat yourself, then a server will come to your table. We told the girl that we were in a bit of a hurry, and she and her bartender did everything they could to get us our order and make sure we didn't miss any of the concert. There's two huge chalkboards behind the bar, full of specialty drinks they offer. Their food menu is a pretty short list, but everything we ordered was great. I had a cheeseburger, my wife had fish tacos, and our daughter had the chicken sandwich. The two sandwiches came with fries (which were a wee bit on the salty side, but good). We all enjoyed our food, and it was reasonably priced. We will definitely go back there. The concert venue across the driveway was spacious, and had great acoustics. They also have a mini bar inside the venue, but the line moves VERY slowly.

The dining room was spacious and clean and bright as were the servers and the bartenders who expertly served us. They have a happy hour from 5 to 7 that varies each day so on this Thursday was half price on selected appetizers as well as $2.50 domestic select drafts. We got there about 10 after five and the bar quickly filled up, which seemed to be regulars, which was a good sign. We decided to linger a little bit over our first drinks and ordered deep fried cheese curds with a delicious margarita type tomato sauce. I had never had fried cheese curds and they were plentiful and came out steaming hot topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, unfortunately I did not take a picture as we were hungry and dove right in. When it was time for our second drink, I pondered over their wine list, but decided that with my Reuben and mac & cheese dinner a cold draft would suffice. My husband ordered the Philly cheesecake sandwich and onion rings. The mac & cheese and the onion rings were up charges of $2.50 and they were worth it. The cheesesteak sandwich was not shaved beef, but wonderfully thick pieces of beef on a perfectly toasted bun type with cheese and peppers. The onion rings were generous as well as crisp and not overly breaded. My Reuben was perfectly toasted on a delicious rye bread with just the right amount of sauce to not make it soggy. The star was their mac & cheese served in a steaming hot crock! It was creamy, not too cheesy, but cheesy enough to know that you were digging into a delicious bite of mac & cheese.. well done kitchen! All in all the meal was so large we could only eat half of it and brought it home for another day. We would certainly return as we enjoyed every bit of our evening. The patio looked invited and will be opening soon. They also have live entertainment to enjoy.

I was not expecting them to be kid friendly, as they are a little more upscale, but they asked if we wanted a high chair and kids menu for our toddler! The dining room has clearly been upgraded recently and was beautiful! Our server explained the various menus and specials and quickly took our drink orders. However, service started to decline after this. We had ordered the warm bread basket, and never ended up getting it. By the time we realized they had forgotten about it, we didn't feel like it was worth it. Our salads and soups came out quickly, but everything else took a while. When we would finish one course, it would take 10-15 min to clear our empty plates. The waitress also didn't check in with us very often to see if we wanted to order more drinks. I will also say that more places should start bringing our young kids entrees before the adults. It can be very tough for a toddler to patiently wait 30 minutes for their food. Once we got our food, I will say everything was quite delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly and had excellent flavor. Portion sizes were also great. I did find an unmashed chunk in my whipped potatoes, but the taste made up for that. The kids mac and cheese was also delicious and the portion was huge! For dessert, we had the option of creme brûlée cheesecake or flourless chocolate torte. Both were decadent and a good way to end the meal. We definitely want to give this place another try, as the food was good. They just need to work out some kinks with their service.

They chose the spot, and I'm glad they did! It was Thursday night, opening night of March Madness- and they also had a euchre tournament going on too...at least I think it was euchre? Parking was tough because it was so busy. We were able to get a table for dinner, and Bailey Z was our server. She was great! Friendly, helpful and professional. Never needed to ask for anything because she had it covered. I had a big lunch, and my nephew and brother also had a late lunch so I tried to go "light". Haha Started with a Bloody Mary with no garnishes, asked for some spice and it delivered! They were running a specials menu, so I started with the Reuben egg rolls. Super crunchy, had great flavor, and it had to have been a homemade 1000 island dressing. It was heavenly. My brother went with the Turkey Cobb salad, it was giant, bountiful, and looked really robust. My nephew ordered 20 wings to share with everyone. Half garlic parm, half sweet chili. Blue cheese also seemed to be homemade, I automatically ask for extra and it was worth it. I ordered the French onion soup, and the bacon cheeseburger dip which came with tricolored tortilla chips, seasoned and a perfect vehicle for the dip. Everyone was happy with the food. Too happy, we had leftovers and I have to say that the Reuben rolls and wings were still good as leftovers. It's a good thing I don't live in Syracuse because I'd have been there every weekend.
