I called back to be told I was no longer welcome in the store and she refused to give me her name. I had my doctor's prescription. I had $350. allowance on my insurance. I chose the cheapest frames they had as was my agreement up front not to have ANY out-of-pocket expense. I got the cheapest progressive plastic lens available. Then at checkout I was told I had to pay extra 20. for the frames because they had to have the bottom added to them even though they told me which ones to choose from. I can't personally speak of that reviewer's visit, but I can say my experience with Dr. T has been very different than the one he describes. First, I have NEVER EVER known Dr T to willingly inflict pain on anyone!! And, to say that he was so uncaring that he laughed? No way!! Just don't believe it! Yes, Dr T has a strong personality - but he is one of the most capable doctors I have ever gone to! As for that "strong personality" it is ALWAYS in your corner! No matter if you are in an out of area hospital, or if you have been referred to a specialist - you, the referred specialist and/or hospital, ALWAYS know that YOU (his patient) is ALWAYS Dr T's primary concern! It's true that he doesn't mince words with his patients either - he tells you like it is! Sometimes whether you want to hear it or not!! He will go into detail helping you understand your health situation - sometimes very simplistically, assuming that you don't have a medical license (which I'm guessing that most of his patients don't have)! Dr T does that for his patients - no matter how busy he is - at the time of your appointment, YOU are his focus! In a time when so many doctors are farming out their practices to NPs Dr T still sees all his patients personally! He isn't afraid of giving his opinion! What I mean by that is that he gives you your medical options, explains the outcome(s) and helps you to make your own health care choices. Don't know about you all - but I don't want a wishy-washy doctor! I want one that is confident about his experience and skills. Believe me I see way too many doctors that don't and won't help their patients make important health choices. I know from experience; I take my elder mother to all of her doctor's appointments. All too often her doctors are non-committal and wishy-washy. They often miss the boat on helping her (and me) to understand her needs or medical options. Even after asking for clarification, I all too often have to go home and research what procedure or treatment they 'discuss' during her visit. I used the word 'discuss' because all too often we leave never truly understanding which treatment her Doctor(s) sees as the most favorable for her. Believe me, if Dr T took her insurance, I'd have switched her to his care long ago. Finally - Not going into detail here - but I credit Dr T for having saved my life! And, for good measure, my husbands too!! Bottom line - Dr T is one of the best doctors in Huntsville! And Huntsville is lucky to have him!

Dr…read more Logan's office was so great in helping me get this done, and I don't just mean the dental work part of it. Andrea spent a lot of time answering questions about insurance, telling me what questions I needed to ask my insurance company when I realized I needed to switch insurances, making phone calls to the insurance company for me when I needed to get paperwork from them, filing for pre treatment estimates with the insurance company so that I wouldn't be left with a surprise bill if the insurance company did not cover what I thought they would (which really helped because it did happen that one of the insurance companies I tried did not cover anywhere near what they were supposed to) and also helped me get on a payment plan through sunbit, with a very affordable down payment for what the insurance company wouod not cover so that I could hurry up and get the work done that I needed. Of course the dental appointment went great. They made the crown in the office and were able to finish everything that day, in less than two hours. His assistant was so sweet. They really do care about your comfort while you are in their office. They always provide you with a neck pillow, ask you what you want to watch on tv while your getting your teeth worked on, and they even offered me a blanket while I was waiting for the crown to be made. I will never go to another dentists office. Dr. Logan has been my dentist since I was old enough to get my teeth cleaned. His entire office staff is professional kind and treat you like family. Not only would I recommend Dr. Logan to a friend, I would honestly feel like they were making a mistake if they went anywhere else.

He prescribed me a cream and a lotion but never said what was wrong with my skin. I figured it was eczema because that's what the bottle of lotion said it treated. The second time, 6 weeks later, I told him that cream didn't work instead it made things worse and he scoffed at me. I've read several articles on eczema that pet dander can trigger eczema and I mentioned it started to act up when we added 2 cats to the apt. He said no, that it was a mere coincidence. He is very rude and will not listen.
