She is immensely personably and a great conversationalist. She does all of the work herself, and it, from what I can see in her shop/studio, is most elegant and high-quality. It is not everyday you find such ethical and equitable business practices still in effect nowadays, and I immediately felt that with her. I never knew I needed a pencil so badly. They carry the Ferris Wheel Press inks and a few others but I can't remember the name. Most of the inks cost the same as they would online but you don't have to pay shipping and you can view the swatches to get a good idea of the color you're buying.
