The first time I used them it was after I had already gone to Hobby Lobby, Michaels, etc. When I finally went to Picture Perfect, I assumed they would be more expensive as a "specialist" versus a "big box" chain. I was wrong. The price they gave me was actually a little less. With the second print I didn't even think of anyone else to take it to. The service was great and they seem to be perfectionists. I don't do a lot of framing for the larger stuff (its expensive) and the smaller things I usually take care of with the do-it-yourself framing from the big box stores, but when I feel like I need to get custom framing done, this is where I'll always go.
