This was the first USED TIRE, I bought having someone install. While I think we all know that used tire means Used with less wear and not DEFECTTIVE or DAMAGED. Of course, an hour away from my house, met with LASHING OUT in anger and RAGE with cryptic paranoid schizofrenia tactics that are WORLDWIDE and I'm told I'm imagining since I was a young child and my angry father with the Government and Psychology Community. In which I have to deal with this same repeat situation at almost every place and person in the WORLD since I was 5 years old. With no explanation as to what is going on or people get EXTREMELY ENRAGED if I even ask in their guilt and shame of what they are all invovled in for 45 years. I noticed the add stated used tire, for a fair price, and I went out to get it. I had them install it. Prices were fair. However the tire wouldn't hold air. When I got home, next few days took the car to Hanks Tire to see what was going on. When they took off the tire I had purchased. We noticed that the bead had chunks out of it, and the tire was patched. So they sold me a piece a crap, not representing what they were advertising. As they did not disclose tire damage. Just that there was some tire wear as all used tires have This type of thing from almost every place in the world from a mass conspiracy, could stop someone from having a NORMAL LIFE, if someone didn't like someone and had the resources to do to a 5 year old, to work on them every day with the masses to drive them crazy! It could even FORCE! them into jail cells or mental institutions if you think about it! But who would have some much HATE and RAGE and RESOURCES to do something like that especially starting in on 5 year olds? The crime of all crimes to someone in the history of humanity! read more

Went here with high hopes- needed tire sensor changed and brought my own new dealer part. Came back a few times since only one person knows how to use the computer reader-I'm a car novice and trusted the shop. They changed the sensor and charged me but they couldn't reset the computer. Initially they said they would just charge the difference IF it didn't work. But when it didn't work they refused to honor what they said. I wouldn't recommend, Aside from having me come back multiple times, the work was not completed and I now have to go to a dealer to get the work redone. Disappointed. now I am gonna spend more money and more time trying to get this redone. read more

This place closes at 7pm. I had a flat tire at work. I get out at 6pm. I called all of the tire shops around and they all close at 5 or 6pm. I filled my tire and rushed it to this place. They took me in right away and the guy that helped me was friendly and helpful. They plugged my tire and I was on my way. Fyi they fix all terrain tires here. read more

Unethical. Do not come if you're not knowledgeable when it comes to tires and their condition or lack of. They have no care for their customers. Yesterday night I almost got hit by a big rig on the freeway because this place sold me a bad used tire. They knew it wasn't a good tire to sell and took advantage of me not knowing any better. They reassured me that it was in good condition that it "hadn't even been used to it's half-life yet" and that it would last me a good 1 or 2 years at least if I took care of it and got them rotated when it was needed. Not even a month later, literally 2 1/2 weeks later it blows on me while I'm picking up speed on the freeway just last night. A big rig almost hit me because of how bad it popped, my speed drastically slowed in front of a truck and caused my wheel to turn on it's own. Luckily the truck driver noticed just in time and went to the other lane. I called them today asking to speak with someone in charge to talk to them about it and the lady said she was the owner and she told me " it's not considered illegal" and "it's like going to a thrift store and buying clothes expecting what I purchased to be as good as a new purchase" ???? First of all, I could've found a way better tire at a thrift store than the one you sold to me. Your shop has no morals. I almost got hit by a big rig last night because you sold me a bad condition tire and you have this to tell to your customer??? You shouldn't reassure someone it's a "in good condition used tire" if it actually isn't. If that truck would've hit my car I could have died or gotten critically injured. All this tire shop cares about is getting their money, they'll sell you a tire even if they know it's unethical to and they'll use the "well it's not considered illegal to" card on you like they did to me earlier today. It's not illegal but it is considered immoral. You knowingly sold me a bad tire after reassuring me that it was still in good condition. Any other shop with CUSTOMER CARE and MORALS would take into consideration the danger that would put their customer in by lying and cheating them the way they did to me but not this place. They take advantage of their customer's lack of knowledge and experience instead of actually helping and sending someone off with safe journeys. This is what the tire looks like. "It'll last a good year or 2" Liars. Cheats. Immoral. You guys are lucky I didn't get hit by that big rig. Your shop would be out of business if I had gotten critically injured or killed last night because of your shop knowingly selling rubbish tires to me and other people who stop by for "quality service." read more
