After the work had already finished, the owner told me it was a cash-only shop. He couldn't even put my spare tire back in the trunk, he left it in the floor for me to put away. I also asked if they could install and program four TPMS sensors that I had already purchased. I did my research beforehand and bought the correct OEM Denso sensors. He told me they would only install TPMS sensors if they were purchased through their shop. He said he could physically install mine but refused to program them, even though he had the equipment to do so. When I told him they were OEM Denso sensors, he incorrectly claimed they were AutoZone sensors. Instead, he tried to sell me his own sensors for $400. It felt like he was refusing to program my sensors simply to force me into buying his. Based on that experience, I won't be coming back. This was some of the worst customer service I've received. Cuando le expliqué que eran sensores OEM de Denso, insistió incorrectamente en que eran de AutoZone. En lugar de ayudarme, trató de venderme sus propios sensores por $400. Me dio la impresión de que se negó a programar los míos simplemente para obligarme a comprar los de él. Después de esta experiencia, no volveré.
