For this experience, the lounge was good, I had a super small table shared by two of us, only one of us could use our laptop and even then, I was afraid that the drinks could tip at any moment and make it an ex-laptop. Service was good, they picked up empty dishes and cups with decent frequency, though the food options weren't amazing, though they had two food bars, one in the back, which were mostly cold options while the front one, with the 5+ minute line had hot food items.

It's located in the H-J Connector in the South Terminal. Delta mainly operates out of the H gates in Concourse H. From the boarding area, you have to take an elevator or stairs up to Level 4 to enter the Sky Club. Foodwise, I enjoyed the mojo pork, and black beans and rice, as well as a quinoa wrap and warm chocolate chip cookies. Everything was delicious. I liked the touches of Latin cuisine since this is Miami. At the bar, the Bloody Marys were terrific. Overall, the lounge was spacious and seating was comfortable, and service was great (hostess, food staff, bartender).

The sofa are old and tired looking. The bathroom looks like it's straight from the 70s. No shower. It's also a long walk + train ride from the D terminal. The TSA staff in particular have consistently come across as rude, short-tempered, and completely uninterested in basic customer service. On this trip, one agent gave me unnecessary attitude and I genuinely found myself wondering -- why are you so angry? If interacting with people makes you this unhappy, maybe customer-facing work isn't the best fit. And honestly, this experience feels reflective of Miami overall for me -- the energy often feels tense, impatient, and unnecessarily entitled. Travel is already stressful enough without being treated poorly for simply existing in the space. I'll do everything I can to avoid flying through this airport again.
