Delays:( Good place to be stuck:)
    H W.

Plenty of room. Plenty of food, snacks and drink. Open. All the time. Convenient and great for the dreaded delayed flight or early arrival.

It's a large, comfortable lounge that's open 24 hours and has a variety of kinds of seating, including the lounges pictured. It serves middle eastern food, and a staple like penne with marinara, which seems to be a lounge/airline staple. They have a funny assortment of soda, with Crush, Starry, and Shasta cola. They also have a couple of infused water options. The dessert is great, with several options including baklava. The staff are very nice and helpful. I was glad to find it during a layover in Miami!

Good is fantastic and had a great chat with Janis outside at the door. Very welcoming and kind. A good place to wait for a delayed or later flight. Coffee was amazing. again ty Janis for the attention and care!

My friend Lisa reserved our time for the lounge last month. The food selection was absolutely wonderful. There was lamb gyro, rice, hummus, and soup. The staff are always kind. This place is just a great way relax and charge your devices before heading to the gate. Also the bathrooms are super clean.

It's a cute lounge when you want to relax alittle. However for such a big airport it's pretty small. We literally had to wait in a line for 20 minutes just to enter. The food is decent but nothing to go crazy about. However I def appreciate being here the service is wonderful

Still one of the nicer lounges. They remodeled since last year and it's nice. Different areas to sit and even an area with lounge chairs to relax. Plenty of food. A nice assortment of sandwiches, hot food , and a full service bar. Outlets for charging are against the walls. They could use more charging areas. It's still a nice way to relax before flying.

Better than sitting in the terminal but still a mediocre airlines lounge. However, they now have a few hot food items at breakfast.

This is a very small lounge. They definitely lack in space. The seats are crowded next to each other, which is terrible especially if you have bags with you. The service is the best thing the lounge has. The staff is really pleasant. The cold food bar area is kept well stocked as well as the drink bar. They have a self serve drink bar with alcoholic beverages and non alcoholic as well. They also have coffee and tea. There is a QR code on the tables to order some hot food items. I order pasta with vegetarian meatballs. The food was terrible. The noodles were extremely overcooked. The pomodoro sauce had no flavor and the meatballs were not good. It felt like it came straight out of the microwave. They definitely have to improve on the quality of the hot dishes. Way below par. Not to mention it took forever to come out. Do yourself a favor and stick to the food bar options.

The Turkish Lounge at Terminal D/E in Miami International Airport is a nice spot to recharge before a flight. Even when it's packed with travelers from all over, the service never skips a detail. Food trays are rotated and refilled the moment they run low, keeping everything fresh and inviting. The spread is a feast of Turkish flavors: garbanzo cucumber onion salad, hummus, Muhammara, pita bread, shredded chicken seasoned with Mediterranean spices, almond rice (cooked loose yet fluffy), and a hearty curry chicken soup that hits just warm when the airport A/C is blasting like there's no tomorrow. There's also a quinoa and grain salad tossed with tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions, plus a full salad bar if you want to build your own plate. Desserts keep up with the turkish tradition: flaky baklava and an addictive chocolate mousse, the perfect pair with a cappuccino from their coffee machine (and yes, they now have decaf options so you don't mess up your in-flight sleep). The bar is well stacked with bailey's, aperol, whiskey or your favorite spirit, beer or wine to relax your anxiety travel mind. Special recognition to Yudiel, who went above and beyond by warming up my plate until the cheese on my sandwich was perfectly melted. Yes, they also serve tuna sandwiches and avocado bread rolls, which make for an easy grab-and-go bite. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the tiny space. The operators really need to expand, it gets crowded, creates hectic lines, and takes away a bit from what should be a fully relaxing pre-flight experience. Still, big thanks to the entire team for keeping the service top-notch and making this lounge a real gem in MIA.

This place was very much decent. It was pretty much like the standard priority pass airport lounge experience that I usually have.. the food was fair not bad, but definitely not amazing. They had a self serve bar with wine and champagne, though which I liked. I don't think I've ever gone to a self serve bar in an airport lounge before so that was a nice touch, but I didn't particularly enjoy the drinks that I had either so that wasn't anything to write home about. The options for food were pretty interesting and I will say there was a lot to choose from which was good. I also love rice pudding and they had that as a dessert option which I was very excited about. It was also very spacious. There was definitely a good amount of seating. I was originally seated in a wooden chair, but ended up being able to move to more of a leather couch type of loveseat just for more comfort and since there was so much space I was able to do so. However again this place is overall very okay.

Not as nice as the Capital Lounge or the Amex Lounge but it's still pretty nice. Plenty of seats, a quiet room for you to nap . We were there during lunch time and they have an assortment of hot food (spaghetti and some chicken pasta) with salad and various cheeses. Love the dessert since I am a big fan of baklava. They also have turkish coffee! The bar has pretty good selection and service was quick. Would love to have more outlets for charging but overall a pleasant experience.

From the moment we checked in and until we left, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The place is huge, with quiet places, places to sit and eat, and other places to relax. We got here after having lunch. But that didn't stop us from sampling some of the entrees and desserts. We noticed that the food is varied with something for everyone - vegetarian, vegan, meat eater, or picky eater. We tried the chicken and rice. It was so good. Our eyes sampled the rest of the entrees, wishing we had room in our bellies to eat more. Of course there is ALWAYS room for ice cream. That was heavenly. Husband had his salted caramel in a cone and I had mine in a bowl with Bailey's. Thanks, Karen for the recommendation! And thank you, Romano, for excellent service with a dazzling smile at the ice cream bar! There is something to drink for everyone's taste. They have two stations with coffee and tea, as well as water, ice tea and snacks. The bar has a wide variety of liquor and liqueurs. A cooler has sodas, sparkling water, cider and beers. If you like to read print publications, they have three to choose from in a magazine rack, near the front entrance. Of course they have bathrooms for men and women, clean and well stocked. And they also have showers. We used the former, but not the latter. If you are flying American, and have access to the Flagship Lounge, you will be thrilled with all it has to offer.

They have a great coffee machine for self serve lattes and the like. It's a good spot for a long layover. But there is room for improvement.

Bad news is at some point the ice cream was not kept cold enough so it melted and got refrozen. Another miss was the lack of salad dressing options for the salad aside from oil and vinegar. Really? That's it? I saw other people looking for salad dressing options and dumbfounded as to how that could seriously be the only option. This was especially odd because it was a salad bar situation where you had so many other ingredients to choose from, but at the end you can only dress it with the most basic option imaginable. More attention to detail would have bumped this lounge to a 4 star in my opinion.

I've enjoyed the privileges of membership, which mostly is the exceptional level of service provided. The MIA D30 Admirals Club seems to have some nice people working there as well, especially Alexandra at the Check In desk. Unfortunately for Alexandra and her colleagues, the place is run by the miserable Catarena (she refused to provide her last name or any other identifying information and stated "just tell them Catarena in M-I-A Admirals Club"). We were connecting on a flight home via MIA and had some family with us. We went to the club at D15 and hung out there for about 30 minutes. We chose to move over to the D30 club, as our gates were much closer to that lounge. We arrived and my wife did not have her AAdvantage credit card with her. I showed the check in counter at D15 her card on the Citi app and they said it's no problem. We went over to D30 expecting a similar experience...but the polar opposite. Alexandra let me know she needed the Supervisor to make an exception. She didn't think it would be a problem, especially since the D15 club just let us in. Catarena came over with a negative attitude right from the start. It was apparent that she is one of the people who hates doing her job. I explained the situation to her and about how we had just come from the lounge at D15. She said she'd call them to "check" (as if I was lying). She said they don't remember letting us in, and said they let someone in with five kids and no one else so she could do the same. I explained we do not have five kids in the group. I also asked for the name of the person she spoke with. "You have my name, right? YOU asked for MY name, right? That's enough." I asked Catarena if she was going to help us. She refused to answer the question and kept going round and round with no answer and the stupid smirk on her face...you know it...the one terrible people in Customer Service use when they've "won" by upsetting a loyal, repeat patron. Catarena NoLastName finally set me off with her stupid smirk and disingenuous "have a nice day" in the most annoying and condescending voice. I gave her some choice words, wished her a terrible rest of her miserable life, and walked out with my family. Note: this club is the anomaly...it's horrible because they have a worthless Supervisor (Catarena NoLastName) working there...most Admirals Clubs are absolutely phenomenal!
