The only saving grace of this place was the server, a nice older lady committed to managing the front of house. The restaurant is clean enough, and if you're looking for the 'bud light-ness,' it has the decor. You order from a QR code attached to the table. The fries were some of the worst I've ever had, definitely frozen, weren't even cooked properly so they tasted old and cardboard-y. No salt either. The fried chicken sandwich bun continued to deteriorate as we ate, leaving a pile of chicken on the plate that had fallen out. The only good part of it was the pickles. Don't go here for anything more than a Bud Light, or at least manage your expectations. They had a good bud light on draft (I would hope so lol). We were at MIA heading to the other side of the world to Latvia to visit our relatives on 6/27/23. We were in a bit of a rush before boarding time and were hungry. This place wasn't crowded (a clue obviously) so we picked this place. The ambiance was " airport restaurant " and wasn't very busy. The food was just ok. I love Cuban sandwiches , if prepared correctly. Unfortunately, the Cuban bread was burnt in several places and was hard to bite down on. We were in a hurry, and I didn't want to have to wait for another sandwich, so I let it go. The fries were good. We shared a small slice of cheesecake, and it was good enough but nothing special. Service was ok, a little slow but not too bad for an airport. We won't be going back next time we travel. read more

This place is just disgusting and horrible! Stick with getting a cocktail but please do not eat anything here. We got the appetizer platter which I forgot to take a picture of because I think we are just so in shocked with what was served to us. The crazy thing is they actually put chunks of basic chicken on the platter which wasn't even described in the description on the menu. My girlfriend took one bite of a mozzarella stick and she just couldn't do it anymore. I was picking at it but was making jokes the whole time that I'm sure I'll be running to the restroom in 30 minutes. Luckily enough that didn't happen. I don't understand why the quality in an airport just isn't possible or nobody gives a damn. It's just ridiculous. This is the stereotypical airport lounge. Lack of options allot for poor service. Menu is very small but they still can't seem to manage it during their operating hours. Major Safety Concern: While waiting for my flight, I placed an order and let the waitress know I'd be stepping out to use the restroom. When I returned, my drinks were already on the table--completely unattended. This is a serious safety issue; drinks should never be left out unsupervised where anyone could tamper with them. When I politely asked for new drinks, the waitress gave me an attitude and only replaced the water. I had to ask the bartender for a new Sprite, who also questioned me. With how common drink tampering is, this dismissive response was disappointing. Safety should never be overlooked. In today's world, basic safety protocols--especially around unattended food and drinks--should be common sense, particularly in a busy airport setting. The dismissive attitude I received after expressing a valid safety concern was incredibly disappointing. I hope this restaurant takes this feedback seriously and trains staff on proper handling of food and beverages when customers step away. Half the seating area was closed when we arrived. We had a large group so we pushed tables together and started using the QR code on the tables to pull up the menu and order (per instructions on the table). When an error message came up we and we tried to find a staff member, there were none at the bar or at any of the tables. The elderly woman who came over to the tables and wipe them down proceeded to scold us for: sitting down (like everyone else did when we arrived), looking at the menu, attempting to ask her a question, and making her work before she clocked in (we had no idea she wasn't clocked in). She continued to tell us to not look at the menu and that she wasn't supposed to be working yet for at least 5 minutes. Another table who came in after us had a different staff member help them and had already received their drinks at this point. Half our group wanted to leave but the other half didn't want to have to relocate after getting settled. When we were finally allowed to look the menu and order we received cold chili nachos and bland/limp fries. The cheese quesadilla was at least hot. I've worked in 49 states and 6 foreign countries. I just got halfway through the absolute worst airport meal in my 35 years of travel. The "Wynwood Nachos" were plantain chips (fine) covered in pub cheese (not fine, apparently, literally diluted cheese flavored water). Were supposed to arrive with chili, with chicken as a substitute, came with chicken I didnt ask for and were barely lukewarm (that's being generous). The only flavor were the jalapeños I has to request. Again, the absolute worst airport meal I've ever had. Three additional things. 1. Why did I finish half of it? I was hungry and had paid for it. 2. They did not have a few items on the menu 3. I don't leave negative reviews unless the service or food is truly horrible. In this case, the food qualifies. I was at Miami airport at the beginning of January and tried to use the Bud Light Lounge in the international terminal through Visa Airport Companion. The attendant, a lady of a certain age, was extremely rude and rude and even said that they did not accept the dragon pass. I suggest that the owner review this employee and this terrible service (by far the worst I've had on all the trips in my life), and, if he no longer wants to accept it, remove the establishment from Visa's options. read more

It would be humanly impossible for the service and food at this establishment to be any worse, which I find to be especially egregious in light of the fact that each and every bill that is rang up has an already added 18% gratuity. Due to our layovers, there were 4 of us who spent well over $600 dollars at this spot in about two hours. Blanca or Bianca, the "server" could not have been more harsh, more miserable, or more unhappy to be there and be serving anyone. I personally cleaned off one of the filthy tables, without saying anything and no fanfare. Only to be rewarded with her ripping the bottle of cleaner and rag off the counter that I set them back down on. "Ummmm... you're welcome?" She was rude, completely indifferent to even stopping to see if we wanted anything, instead shooting in a voice that would make anyone want to leave, "NO! Go to the bar!". When we finally did get our food, which we did order via the bar, I am fairly confident that the "chips" the nachos were made on, were directly cut from the corrugated box that the bag of chips itself came in. In retrospect, perhaps the box itself would've been better. We still haven't confirmed that the cheese was, in fact, cheese, but we have confirmed that it is absolutely something that no one should eat and that no company should in good conscience sell at a premium price like that. The mozzarella sticks were only marginally better, but were clearly straight out of the microwave. I have zero doubt that our experience would have been better at the Pizza Hut next door, the money spent far more appreciated, and the food significantly better. As for the food, the chewy Spree candies the small child near us spilled on the carpet mid-airport and were repeatedly stepped on would've tasted like a million buck in comparison.
