Not the cleanest. This is my second time here this month. I think the staff tries to make it better but something is missing. The seat I'm in is not clean (crumbs everywhere). The last time I ate something here (or on the plane??) I got sick. Would not recommend.

So, we were flying Business Class on Swiss, so that got us in the Avianca Lounge, which was small, overcrowded and dirty. But as a Priority Pass member, I saw that we had access to the Latam lounge. So after 30 minutes in the Avianca Lounge, we went here. First of all, it's 4 times the size and only half the amount of people, so we had free reign of where we wanted to sit. Outlets and Free WiFi, we got ourselves charged and hit the bar. Self Serve bar. Lots of Rums, Scotches & Whisky, Aperol & Campari (do you really need both?) but no Tequila? Oh well, I made myself a Negroni. Individual servings of really nice apps, soups, salads, etc. Next time I fly out of J Lounge I'm definitely coming here.

Great lounge at the airport in Terminal J. I only have a priority pass but they let me in anyway (outside of the regular hours) since it wasn't busy. Good alcohol selection, decent coffee and pop options and average food. The wifi is fast and seating is plentiful. The bathrooms are clean and while I didn't use them, there's showers available. All in all, good lounge.

If you have to wait, you might as well be comfortable. Latam VIP is in the MIA J terminal. Spacious, comfortable, with full open bar, snacks, restrooms, and plenty of outlets to plug in. Travel just got easier!

Good lounge with comfortable seating and many food options. Friendly servers, good Wi-Fi, plenty of outlets and charging stations. Overall was a comfortable place for transit travel

I think this used to be called VIP Lounge Miami, got renovated, and now has the Latam brand. A bit confusing. But yes, this can be accessed with Priority Pass. I was the only one there as soon as it opened, so I got a great look at everything. This is the best lounge I've ever visited. The most important things to me in a lounge are variety of food and self-serve beer, and this lounge ticks the boxes for both of those. During breakfast they had everything from ice cream, to beer, to smoothies, to sausages, and so on. Definitely something for everyone. Now some things that could be improved. The sausages were not very hot even though they had just opened, hmmm. I did not see any desks that were great for working with your own laptop, but there are many different types of seating so you can find something to make due. Cookies are pretty dry. The music was so depressing. God, I hope you aren't sad that you're leaving Miami because you're probably gonna cry if you come here. I even like some of the bands I heard, but there's a time and place, you know? Even with these things it's still an awesome lounge. If I return to Miami I wouldn't even bother checking out other lounges because this had everything I needed.

This lounge is at Miami international Airport between international terminals J & H. Although we were late, it wasn't an issue getting into the lounge. Those that didn't pre-book couldn't get inside. This lounge was easy to locate once we got past security. It is on the airplane side & we took the elevator up to 3. Once in the bright lounge with floor to ceiling windows facing the runway I explored. There was a room with reclining chaise lounges, clean restrooms with showers, a large Turkish buffet, coffee, soft drinks & alcoholic beverages. We found a small table with chargers & logged onto the WiFi. There was plenty of seating and a very nice selection of Turkish / Mediterranean bites, salads, fruits, coffees soups, sandwiches, mezze, cold drinks... Staff worked very quickly to clear off tables and take away dirty dishes. The space was clean and quiet..

It was one of those days when we really needed to use the lounge as we were on the road the entire day and kids were tired and hungry. We showed up the lounge and there was a lady turning people away, she kept asking them to come after an hour as they were at capacity. I totally understand if a lounge is at capacity and I was willing to wait but they refused to make a waitlist and kept turning people away. She refused to allow people to hang around the entrance as well. Inspite of it, I hung around the entrance for 10 mins and saw people quietly entering the lounge and not exiting. Then I entered as well and saw them accepting people again. This was literally 10 minutes later, several people were turned away earlier. This practice might have worked for them to maintain the crowds but it's extremely unfair to the people who got turned away just a few minutes earlier. Anyway, unfair practices aside the lounge itself is tiny. One to the smallest lounges I visited so far. Food choice is slightly more expansive than other lounges. Most of the dishes were from Mediterranean cuisine. Some of the items left a lot to be desired. The baklava was overly sweet and the falafels were extremely dry. The sandwiches and soup were decent though. The restroom wasn't very clean. One thing I noticed was the lady cleaning up, she kept working non stop the few hours I was in the lounge. She barely got any rest. I felt bad for her though at the same time I was impressed by her work ethics.

From the moment we checked in and until we left, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The place is huge, with quiet places, places to sit and eat, and other places to relax. We got here after having lunch. But that didn't stop us from sampling some of the entrees and desserts. We noticed that the food is varied with something for everyone - vegetarian, vegan, meat eater, or picky eater. We tried the chicken and rice. It was so good. Our eyes sampled the rest of the entrees, wishing we had room in our bellies to eat more. Of course there is ALWAYS room for ice cream. That was heavenly. Husband had his salted caramel in a cone and I had mine in a bowl with Bailey's. Thanks, Karen for the recommendation! And thank you, Romano, for excellent service with a dazzling smile at the ice cream bar! There is something to drink for everyone's taste. They have two stations with coffee and tea, as well as water, ice tea and snacks. The bar has a wide variety of liquor and liqueurs. A cooler has sodas, sparkling water, cider and beers. Two soda machines are ready for you to use for Coke products. If you want to read, use the QR code on their business card to access publications. If you like to read print publications, they have three to choose from in a magazine rack, near the front entrance. Of course they have bathrooms for men and women, clean and well stocked. And they also have showers. We used the former, but not the latter. If you are flying American, and have access to the Flagship Lounge, you will be thrilled with all it has to offer.

We had to clear a table to have access to it. Everything, except the bar, is self serve. The hot items were good. A toaster is available to toast English muffin and bagels. They have a great coffee machine for self serve lattes and the like. It's a good spot for a long layover. But there is room for improvement.

I've enjoyed the privileges of membership, which mostly is the exceptional level of service provided. The MIA D30 Admirals Club seems to have some nice people working there as well, especially Alexandra at the Check In desk. Unfortunately for Alexandra and her colleagues, the place is run by the miserable Catarena (she refused to provide her last name or any other identifying information and stated "just tell them Catarena in M-I-A Admirals Club"). We were connecting on a flight home via MIA and had some family with us. We went to the club at D15 and hung out there for about 30 minutes. We chose to move over to the D30 club, as our gates were much closer to that lounge. We arrived and my wife did not have her AAdvantage credit card with her. I showed the check in counter at D15 her card on the Citi app and they said it's no problem. We went over to D30 expecting a similar experience...but the polar opposite. Alexandra let me know she needed the Supervisor to make an exception. She didn't think it would be a problem, especially since the D15 club just let us in. Catarena came over with a negative attitude right from the start. It was apparent that she is one of the people who hates doing her job. I explained the situation to her and about how we had just come from the lounge at D15. She said she'd call them to "check" (as if I was lying). She said they don't remember letting us in, and said they let someone in with five kids and no one else so she could do the same. I explained we do not have five kids in the group. I also asked for the name of the person she spoke with. "You have my name, right? YOU asked for MY name, right? That's enough." I asked Catarena if she was going to help us. She refused to answer the question and kept going round and round with no answer and the stupid smirk on her face...you know it...the one terrible people in Customer Service use when they've "won" by upsetting a loyal, repeat patron. Catarena NoLastName finally set me off with her stupid smirk and disingenuous "have a nice day" in the most annoying and condescending voice. I gave her some choice words, wished her a terrible rest of her miserable life, and walked out with my family. Note: this club is the anomaly...it's horrible because they have a worthless Supervisor (Catarena NoLastName) working there...most Admirals Clubs are absolutely phenomenal!
