Bought tickets online to Avatar at 3:00, got to pick our seats. There was no 3:00 movie. Got a choice to either go to the 3D at 3:30 and pay for the upgrade or wait until 4:05 showing. Which is fine but then told there was no seats left at 4:05. Also, they don't tell you any of this until after you get all your concessions. No refunds. Place is crap read more

Oooof - the theater needs help. The theaters are dirty. It seems like they don't have enough staff to take care of tickets AND clean the theaters. Popcorn on the floor, tissues on the seats, left over drinks in the cup holders... This place is a bit banged up. I didn't even check the bathrooms. I think COVID has really hit this place hard. I'd still come and support the theater so they can get more staff to work here! Don't forget: $5 Tuesdays!! Just a forewarning: it's a bit dirty. read more

I don't know why this theater got bad reviews. We were in town on vacation and wanted to watch the Super Mario brothers movie. Easily booked reservations online. The popcorn and candy selection was good. The theater screen was a good size and comfortable, seats reclined and spacious. The employees were friendly. The price for the tickets was great. read more

Took our grandbaby and his om to see Elemental, he's 26 months old, he lasted halfway through the short up feature, 10 minutes and they left. Nest day we went to try get refund, closed, so came back the next day. Talked to assistant manager she talked to manager and came back and said manager says you should have come back dY after and they can't prove they really left early. Wow. Why would I lie about that. Manager wouldn't even talk to me. No customer service here, seems all they can r e about is money. read more

Went to see quiet place 2. The theater had to be 45 degrees. Sound was ok. We tried to deal with the cold but manager couldn't adjust it so offered. Later movie. She was very kind. There was mechanical issues. Anyway the theaters are stadium but the seats are a bit older. Not horrible. Sound wasn't as good as newer theaters today but it is cheaper ticket price as well. Not a lot to pick from. We drove an hr to get here. Large drink and popcorn and two tickets were 27$. Not horrible. Nice to be in a movie theater again. Do fix the air. Please. If you are going I recommend a blanket or warm jacket. Even in the theater she moved us too, it was way too cold but survivable. Gave it 4 stars because even though I just asked to be moved, the manager kindly moved us and gave me comp tickets for another day. I didn't ask for that but the gesture was kind. Thing is they have zero competition so they don't have to work as hrs, but they actually do. And so for that, they get better than average rating. read more

This is the only movie in town but that's okay because it's very good and extremely user-friendly I have been coming here once or twice a week for the last 3 weeks the people are always polite it's always clean and my pet peeve ....really really loud movies not happening here ....the audio is meant for human ears The selection of movies is a little heavy on the kid side...which seems strange because i see mostly adults and seniors... We really enjoyed a cool, clean, experience here. The entire time from paying, getting snacks, seating and preparing for the Finding Dory movie was very pleasant. Seats are comfortable and roomy, with cup holders. Bathrooms were spotless. Would have given a 5 star, but the movie column was too loud. We sat in the lower middle left seats. read more

We went to the Incredibles today and it was absolutely packed. We purposefully chose to avoid the free movie choosing instead to pay for our tickets to avoid the fray. This was great in theory but did not work out in practice. The facility was understaffed and we waited in line for snacks for almost half an hour. Once we finally made it to our theater we were surprised to find that the room was already thoroughly trashed. Two more people on the clock would have made a huge difference in service and cleanliness. read more

The theatre walkways are often neglected and filled with trash. The refreshments are extremely overpriced and the popcorn almost always tastes stale. On a positive note the bathrooms seem well kept and the staff have good attitudes. That being said I still can't justify spending $35.00 for two people to see a movie and buy a bag of popcorn and two drinks. read more

Nice aviation theme theater. Picture and sound quality are pretty good, nothing spectacular. Can be dirty at times. Snack line isn't too bad with wait time. Bathrooms clean. Felt kinda crowded in the movie we were in. I wish there was more room for elbows. Overall not the greatest, but far far from the worst theater. read more

It is the only theater in town so we take what we can get. The good: see the latest blockbusters in a clean theater The neutral: yet another Alamo business ran by children and teenagers. It is like Children of the Corn around here... come on, I know LOTS of adults who would be willing to work for $8/hr so why not pay someone who has bills. No arcade for the kids like most civilized theaters have. There is only one day a week that has military discount. The bad: the driveway in to the theater is twisty and turny and narrow. Parking lot is small. Prices are high. I am not sure about the past reviewer who said the prices are good. When have you paid more than $6.25 to get in to a movie? Popcorn and a drink $12? Checked movie times last night at 10 pm for a movie on Friday. When we arrived the next day, the times had changed to all afternoon showings....5 other cars also arrived due to forecasted times so it just wasn't us that saw the wrong posted times. People traveling normally plan their day the night before. Would be nice to have dependable staff that could ensure the posted times are correct. read more

The movie theater parking lot was extremely messy and filled with garbage. Popcorn should be left in the seats not alongside of the curb. Other than that the movie was good but after leaving the theater I was once again disappointed to see lack of care in the exterior sweeping and cleaning. read more

This movie theater is pretty new in appearance...it's clean, the seats are comfortable, the viewing experience are that of an AMC...nothing out of the ordinary...or so it seems until you buy your popcorn and ask for a water cup. I bought a large popcorn and asked for a cup of water for the kids (I was worried the water bottle I had tucked in my bag wouldn't suffice the salt content that my kids are about to devour). I was asked if I wanted a water bottle, I declined and asked for a water cup instead. As I was about to pay I realized that I was being charged for almost $10! $5.85 for the popcorn and the rest for the water that came from their soda fountain. Apparently they charge per cup. I was appalled that such business wouldn't offer even some plain plastic cups for water and leaves their customers without a choice but to buy their tap water. Thus, I'm deducting one star for not having water cups and another star for making me miss my previews! read more

Rip off. They only offer a military discount on Thursdays. If you are military I would suggest going to Fort Bliss, you can have a nice dinner then with military discount you can buy two tickets for $11. read more
