Was ready to pay and check out and the lady bae** is what she stated her name was, was extremely sour the entire time, very unprofessional. We asked for an additional bag after spending almost $1,000 she said it was against policy and u have to spend a certain amount to get a bag. We asked what the amount was she said I think $700....? So we said ok...... she had an attitude while we continued to checkout. As we were leaving we said in the future you should be a little more friendly. You're in customer service. She said I get paid minimum wage. I I'm not going it be nice when you say whatever to me. Very very unprofessional employees which is a shame. read more

No one has ever provided the level of service Lexi consistently delivers. During my most recent visit, I was looking for a specific tracksuit that was not available in store. I needed it quickly for my son's birthday and had a very specific color and size in mind. Lexi immediately stepped in, tracked down the exact set, placed the order, and made sure it arrived on time. Everything showed up perfectly, exactly as promised, and right when I needed it. Every time I walk into the store, Lexi greets me with a genuine smile and already has thoughtful recommendations ready, especially for travel friendly pieces. As someone who flies often, Aviator Nation tracksuits are my go to for comfort, and Lexi always makes sure I have the best colors and the latest styles. I am also a La Jolla resident, fun fact, I actually live next to Alicia Keys, and I have high expectations for service. Lexi exceeds them every single time. This is the worst company with the most terrible customer service and response ever. I have been trying to get a hold of someone in customer support using emails and phone calls, left multiple voicemails but no response for over 4 weeks. No customer service. Won a sweatshirt at the silent auction at the art and wine festival being held right outside their doors. Both girls working looked at me like I had a third eye growing out of my forehead and had no idea there was a festival going on all weekend. I asked to exchange the sweatshirt and they asked me for a receipt. I again explained I don't have a receipt from them. It's from the silent auction, I showed them that receipt. They had to call another person. I re-explained to that girl what happened and she claimed unless I knew who donated the items and got the receipt from them there was no way for her to input anything into the iPad and therefore could not assist me in anyway. How am I supposed to know who donated something to a silent auction? Try to be charitable and help out the community and these three make it not worth your time to donate. Really cool store, probably the biggest A.N. store I've seen. I love all the colors and the vibe is similar to how I felt about Ocean Pacific (O.P.) which I was growing up in the 80's. Don't get sticker shock, the merchandise is very expensive for what they're selling. Everything is a cotton-poly blend, so we are not talking about expensive fabrics. Expect to pay $183 for a plain sweatshirt with some stripes sewn on it, but those that know it's A.N. will smile knowing the price you paid to be c-o-o-l. CAUTION: if you are getting something as a gift, the return policy is 7 days. I found all the store employees to be knowledgeable and very nice. I bought the set on Black Friday online via an Instagram advertisement (Shopify site). The medium set did not look good on me like my other medium size set. Sizes are not the same across the board. So needless to say, I went to return it at the one store in San Diego county for I did not want to pay for shipping and restock fee. The store employee said that since I got a discount on the set, it was NOT RETURNABLE and that since I bought using Facebook/Instagram, then they cannot find the purchase in the system!!! I had the receipts and proof; however, somehow this 2024 company cannot link Shopify accounts with their software!!!! SERIOUSLY A WASTE OF $200 PLUS MY TIME PLUS MY "MENTAL HEALTH"!!! Really cool store, I love all the colors! Clothes seem to be ok quality, however they're very expensive for what they're selling. Everything is a cotton-poly blend, for the price it should all be 100% cotton. Lululemon is half the price and MUCH better quality, but your paying for the print and designs. $183 for a plain sweatshirt with some stripes sewn on it. Cute design- absolutely, worth $200- uh no. About $85 for a cotton/polyester t shirt. Towels are $75. Bathing suit around $280. If they halved their prices they'd be worth it. Also, return policy is 7 days, they sell their stuff at Nordstrom UTC which has an unlimited return policy - something to think about. Staff was friendly. read more

I love the Laguna Beach location, and was ecstatic to see a LaJolla location open closer to me. Great location, great stock of kids and adult merch, and super friendly sales people. My kids loved the back of the store where there is a Pac-Man arcade to entertain them while I shop. I was in Aspen just two weeks ago and visited the store there. Sadly, the staff at that location were disengaged and did not acknowledge me or other shoppers that came in while I was there. My friends were visiting from out of town and we decided to walk around La Jolla for the day and do some shopping and so we popped into this boutique. The clothes were super cute and good quality but the customer service was one of the worst I've ever experienced. The sales girls were just hanging around the cash register as we browsed and couldn't be more disinterested in helping us. When we were ready to check out, my friend purchased a towel and wanted to swap colors really quick and the sales girl seemed really frustrated to start the transaction over again. Meanwhile there was no one else in the shop so it's not like she had anything else to do but ring us up. Overall dissatisfied with the lack of customer service.
