There are very few decent crystal shops in the bay area, and this is definitely one of the better ones. Really good variety of good quality stones in various forms (Palm Stones, loose small pieces, spheres, towers, carved animals, etc). Spoke to the owner and she hand picks the selection and she's got a great eye. Good selection of labradorite with nice flash. Nice selection of deep purple amethyst forms. And the prices are very fair, which can't be said of many other shops I've been to like in Los Gatos, Santa Cruz, and San Francisco. A lot of SF shops have horrible quality stuff unfortunately. They only restock new stuff once a year it seems but it's worth visiting this shop if you're in the area. The owner was very helpful and opened up any display case I wanted to see without a fuss. I ended up picking up a great malachite sphere.

The store has a wide variety and nice selection of goods. You can find plenty of products from most categories. Academic supplies, clothing, food products, books, toys. In terms of service, I really wouldn't expect anything one way or another. Not because they are bad or anything; the employees here are predominantly students of the school itself. This means employment is a bit of a revolving door, so they may not be able to help if you need something specific. Overall, I quite like this place. It isn't cheap, but it is certainly useful and convenient.

I thought it was so cool that I got to go behind the counter and pick frame options off the wall - they really have everything you could ever need! We found a matte and frame that worked well with my other degree, which I brought for reference. The whole thing was under $300, which was very reasonable for what I ordered! They also gave me a discount for being a first-time customer and they also offer teacher discounts! The framing was estimated to take 6 weeks, which was a little long. However, the wait is worth it, as they custom-order and shape the frame to your needs. My order was finished in a little less than that timeline, which I appreciated. They also gave me hanging advice and tips for where it would look best. I love how it turned out and will definitely be back when I next have something special to commemorate!

The store doesn't offer posters of the university or of anything really, except the egghead sculptures. No thanks. They do offer plenty of gifts and accessories though, including a collection of UCD sanrio products. Being on campus, of course they sell electronics as well as textbooks downstairs. They are very help and owners care! They're recommendations are accurate. Without them I'd be up a creek. They have saved me from hiring a pool company. When I need a pool part they typically have it in stock. The prices are not necessarily a bargain. However if we don't shop here they'll go away. Have to shop local. Amazon doesn't do water analysis and doesn't tell you if you have too much metal in water.

Since then DHT has moved on from selling spas and hot tubs and we have moved out to the Mendocino Coast. However, DHT has remained super helpful and knowledgeable any time we've had questions or issues with the spa. They are always available to help us troubleshoot a problem or answer any questions we have. This has been invaluable to us since we live in an area where spa service is difficult to find.
