I was lucky to find Jason on inquiring through Yelp for a plumber. I took a picture and gave a brief description of the issue I was having and boom, sent out to four different companies. Sweet, that was super easy. The first response I received back was from A1 services, saying "I am booked".. Well my inquiry was for a scheduled service, not an emergency. Was not too confident with them. The second response that I received was from Jason. Very professional response and he assured me that my issue was normal and he has seen it a few times. The third inquiry I received from The honest plumber, it was well over a day and by my photo he could not give me a definite price. The fourth was to EHS & Sons, I have yet to receive a response. I was just like any other Yelper and wanted to do my research before hiring anyone. All reviews were perfect, checked other sources and HE IS COMPLETELY LEGITIMATE. When I replied to Jason he gave me a quick response with his phone number and told me I could text or call him with any questions or to discuss the issue. I set up a time for him to come out and do the work the next day :) The work was complete in just a few hours, once everything was set and dry we could put our new toilet on. Jason is incredible, I bought a house recently and needed a plumber to move the hot water heater from inside the house to the garage. Old house was built with the heater inside, not cool, one leak or bust and my house is flooded. Jason showed up on time for the estimate and was thorough in checking things out and giving me all the information, his price was fantastic and blew away 2 other quotes I received that I felt were outrageous. We arranged a time and again Jason was on time and kept me informed in the process letting me know where we were as he moved towards completion. After everything was done we had a small hiccup when a fitting cracked and caused a pipe to separate. I called Jason and he came right out in less than an hour and fixed the problem. Checked Yelp out for some help with a clogged shower drain that my dude could not get unclogged. Sent out a quote request around 11pm and was willing to take the next available appointment ASAP. Jason replied in about 20 minutes. The next day (today) he texted me to let me know that he was wrapping up his first client and would be heading my way; which I appreciated. Then after I gave him a run down of the issue he didn't just start work on that spot, Jason also talked about underlying issues that could cause the clog in a way that I could totally understand. I called Jason looking for a second estimate on a repair I "thought" I needed according to another company that I got an estimate from. Not only did he quote me a way more affordable estimate over the phone based on what I had been told I needed to be done (install of an access panel and valve change) but, once he had time to come out and take a look, it turned out it was an easier repair than I had been told (only needed a cartridge change and new handle) and only a fraction of the cost.
