He clearly explained everything, answered all my questions, and helped me navigate the city process. While preparing to dig a new cleanout, Sam and Charlie discovered an existing one that had been buried by the builders and were able to clear the blockage from there. The issue turned out to be roots in the line, and Sam coordinated with the city so they could apply a long-term fix. Fast response, great communication, and excellent problem-solving. The costs billed to us were marked up over 100%. I understand outsourcing to subcontractors and up charging within reason. But over 100% up charge is wild. Would definitely recommend doing your due diligence before retaining this company as your contractor. We were told that they would match whatever our insurance would have paid and then were charged double. Disappointing to say the least.
