Obviously I have an image to protect and scoffed at the thought of driving one. But Brandon found me the newest one and since I really needed the car, I took the keys with hesitation. The process was quick and easy! We were in and out within minutes. Don't tell anyone, but we ended up keeping the minivan one extra day as it was so comfy and the drive was smooth. Called in and got picked from home on a Chevy Tahoe to get to this place. Miranda was amazing right from pickup to getting me a nice upgrade of a Hyundai Kona for the same price , only because of the condition of car availability which was my good luck. The checkout process was very fluent and the car condition was great. I had to return the car earlier than what I anticipated because of the loaner availability and the checkout was smooth again. I now know a place where I can look for my next rental needs if I would have one again.

So I made another reservation at this enterprise agency by calling them (Woodbridge NJ-whose review page we are all on). They confirmed the make and model of the car and time and said yes i can come in and get the car in next 20 minutes. I get here and they say they don't have it and that the call actually went to their call center and not the agency . This Woodbridge agency say they were gonna call me to say they don't have the car but because of the day being hectic couldn't call on time . By this time I had spent 40$ in cab and 1 and half hour getting from home to agency to another agency and didn't get the car. I complained to enterprise they said we are escalating it to management . Also, not all Enterprises are equal depending on the manager and staff. My car broke down pretty recently and I needed a rental. I was waiting for my jobs fleet manager to create a rental reservation for me for hours. The tow truck took forever and I'm not impressed with my job, but Enterprise came through! I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating this Enterprise was. Nicole was kind enough to send a driver to pick me up before they even had a car available for me and before I was able to provide a rental reservation number. Luckily for me a vehicle was available shortly after. The car was quickly serviced and sanitized before I was ready to go. The prices are fair. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. I'd you are in the area and need a rental, it's a no brainer.

I arrive and he tells me their sold out and tries to get me into a 9' cargo van telling me it has the same cargo capacity. Anyone with a brain will tell you a smaller vehicle has less room for caego. He hated the fact i booked through my costco membership and he didnt want to adjust the price moving into a smaller vehicle, he wanted me to pau the same price as my original reservation. Even when I finally agreed to move forward with my reservation, I asked if he could throw in a handtruck rental for my troubles and even that he couldn't accommodate for me. I've already reached out to corporate customer service because this location is in desperate need of reform. If this review helps keep customers away from this location then I know I have done my friends and neighbors a great service. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.Spend your money elsewhere where you are actually valued as a customer.

The Hertz agent, Dustin picked me up from the auto body shop after a lady (State Farm customer) side swiped my parked car. Dustin was very nice and helpful. He seemed to be running the shop all by himself. He had to lock the shop up to come and pick me up in the next town over. State Farm granted a mid size rental. Hertz only had 1 mid size rental available which was a Hyundai Elentra. Nice car but no blue tooth capability (so disappointing). Dustin, in his tie and under the sun, was even nice enough to grab a towel and polish the car up before I drive off. The paper work went smooth. Stay tuned for my update upon returning rental.

Without asking me any other information or allowing me to provide it, the employee or owner dismissively and rudely got up and walked outside. I had to then start trying to find a backup so my trip wasn't ruined. I called them back an hour later and was again told by another employee or owner that they couldn't find my information then after a few seconds somehow found the information abrasive, rude and acting as if I did something wrong. And then hastily telling me to just come back attempted to rush me off the phone. By that time I decided to go with the second option with superb customer service, professionalism...etc. I'm usually not one to post but the service was completely unprofessional on all levels.

None of the vehicle rentals nearby had a truck available on the day I needed it. Avis, on South Washington Avenue in Piscataway was able to accommodate me. The people who worked there were friendly and got me in and out quickly. The truck on the other hand was a beast. I got a Hino 24 ft stake body with 12,000 miles. It was a little expensive to rent and a lot more truck than necessary. The road manners of this truck were awful. It was bouncier and noisier than any truck I've ever driven. The important thing is that, thanks to Avis, I completed my task when I needed to. I recommend using them for all sorts of vehicles rentals, although I probably won't rent the 24 footer again if I can avoid it.
