Then, while waiting in line at the Rapid Rez/Fast Break booth, the lady behind me told me they gave her the wrong car and she had to return to the Rapid Rez booth to have the car reassigned to her. Turns out the same thing happened to me because the lady in the booth sent me to the wrong car. I didn't know it until I was not able to exit the lot. Three cars behind me had to back up so I could return to Rapid Rez booth to stand in the blustery cold again and get the car reassigned to me. When I tried to exit for the second time, the man at the gate told me this car was not assigned to me either. I refused to go back to the Rapid Rez booth, so he personally ran back and corrected the issue. Turns out my Rapid Res rental took over 1 /12 hours! I have been a Rapid Rez member since 2013-- This is totally unacceptable! I rented from this Budget lot one year ago and had no problems so it appears someone needs to be retrained and management needs to pay attention....

The staff were really personable and they gave me a Jeep which was a really fun drive! I also really liked that they have a simple after hours drop off which was a good way to take the car out for a full day without having to pay for Hotel Parking. Drop off was simple and they called me back the next day to confirm that everything was in good order.

When I dropped the car off at the Avon, CO location, the team there was a lot kinder and apologetic. They offered to keep the reservation open so that this location would reach out to me for potential compensation, but they never did. Would not recommend this location. With all the other options for rental car options, I would probably not recommend or use Enterprise in the future.

The first time, I waited over 2 hours to get my car. I tried to brush it off, knowing there were events and sports tournaments in town, and it was a busy day for them. When I finally got a car and drove to the exit gate, I was turned around and told I had to switch it for another one. This most recent experience was somehow even worse. I arrived around 2 a.m. after a delayed flight and had to pay to take my own Uber because, apparently, Budget doesn't run a shuttle at that hour, while every other rental company does. After waiting over an hour in line (with only one associate working), I was told there were no EVs available. Fine, no problem. But then they told me the only vehicle they had for me was a 15-passenger van. I'm a 5'1" woman, and I felt completely unsafe driving such a large vehicle. Unfortunately, it was late, I was exhausted, and I had to be up in just a few hours for my event, so I had no choice but to take it. The van smelled awful, drives poorly, and was clearly not properly maintained. This was, without a doubt, my worst experience with Budget. I'm beyond disappointed with their lack of accountability and unwillingness to honor reservations that were made well in advance. The unprofessional attitude of the staff and their complete lack of effort to find a suitable solution for customers is unacceptable.

So I get threatening texts about them seeking repayment from collections when I paid, filled the truck with gas and did my due diligence. No 10-footers or 15-footers to rent, even though there were two in the parking most, apparently reserved for later. Try to cancel on site? Can't. Have to call customer service. So I did, again. Go with UHaul; you'll be glad you did. They were more than happy to help and even through in a few extras because they saw just how frustrated I was with Budget. Shameful
