This very fresh and clean location is a little unusual for Enterprise which often finds very low-rent districts for their stores. This one is in the end unit of a well-maintained, strip shopping center, directly facing Federal Boulevard. I wasn't expecting to find Enterprise here and a tree blocks their sign when driving north on Federal, but Google Maps led us to their door. The office is very nice and the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We zipped off in short order with a cute little car that was delivered to us spotlessly clean and with a full tank of gas. One of my best Enterprise experiences. read more

Enterprise has made my rental experience super easy and smooth. I was involved in a car accident 2 months ago and this location was closest to my home and repair shop. When I stopped in, they were super friendly, especially Brenna. (Hope I spelled that correctly) She helped me out and even made sure I got a car similar to mine. The shop always answers their phone and are quick to help me out. Every time I call to make sure my rental was extended they are always super helpful. I only wish they had longer evening hours. read more

Standard enterprise near Hwy 36 and Federal. Located in what looks like used to be an old Taco Bell it's pretty easy to find on the SE corner of the intersection. Be careful though, this intersection is said to be one of the top most dangerous in Colorado. Also just opened nearby is a Starbucks and 7-11. So if there is a long wait, you can walk over to get a refreshment or snack. They have a water jug if you're parched and some seating. Parking is on both sides of the building and there is a way to go through around the back. Team that works there is is super friendly. Really they are great and provide awesome customer service! I usually use the pick up/drop off option so will spend some time chatting with them. My only issue is sometimes they are so busy that they can't answer the phone. A couple times I have had to wait 5-10 minutes for them to pick up the phone. However it seems many people frequent often so just keep that in mind if you are in a rush to be picked up. Christopher and the team here has gone above and beyond to take care of me here. National had me delivered here when the car I had had a mechanical problem that made it unsafe to drive. When this location didn't have any cars, they started to send a manager to take me to the airport where I could get a car. When he saw it was taking too long, he called an Uber to pick me up and take me there. I've watch Christopher for the last hour work with these customers and am truly impressed by his expert deescalation skills while he has had to tell each one of the people who came in that they didn't have a car or the one they didn't have the one they ordered. Update: I don't know what magic this man pulled but Christopher got me a car without even having to get it from the airport. Not all heroes wear capes. I'm genuinely grateful for his excellent customer service and kindness he showed me and each of his customers today. read more

This place is a complete and total joke and if zero stars was an option that's the rating I would give them. It started with my girlfriend and me deciding to plan a little last minute getaway out of town. We decided since it was a last minute trip to drive out there. I didn't want to put the wear and tear on my car so decided to rent a car and Enterprise happened to be the cheapest rate I could find for what I was looking for. The location that popped up online was off of 74th Ave. and Washington St. I listed my pick up time at 2 p.m. I received a call from someone at Enterprise saying they were running behind and still waiting for cars to be checked in from people that were returning them that day. He told me a car would not be available at 2 p.m. so asked if I could come later to pick Up a car. I was told it wouldn't be ready till 5:30 p.m. possibly earlier and he would call me if one was available earlier. I had a friend drove me to 74th and Washington where it was located at a garage only to find out the doors were locked(even though a sign in there door says they were opened until 6 p.m.). I went around into the garage and found a mechanic who informed me that they were closed and I was about the 13th person who went by there in 2 days to pick up a rental car. Found a tiny little note in the window saying this location was closed and I would have to go to 72nd and Federal to pick up my vehicle. Why in the world was I not told this when I was called saying my car wasn't ready at 2 p.m.??????!!!!! Had my friend drive me over to the correct location only to be told by the moron inside that they had no cars available for me to rent. So now not only do I not have my rental car but now I am stranded at their location because my friend had to rush to work because he was going to be late because you idiots didn't tell me the right location. The jerk who worked there was completely unapologetic with their screwup and went back inside and just closed and locked the door. Explain to me why you would take a reservation for a car when you don't have any cars?????!!!!!! I guarantee I will never ever rent a car from Enterprise again. Beyond frustrated with this company! I was charged $330.00 dollars for an additional charge I was not told about (even when I asked, to ensure there would not be an additional charge) 4 days after my deposit was refunded and was told everything was finalized. Now, almost a full week later, I have yet to be contacted by a manager, having called every day, to get this refunded. Customer service is not a priority, communication is nearly impossible, and you will be up-charged without being told. Be very cautious when renting a vehicle from this facility. read more

I have to admit, this has been one of the better rental car experiences to date. As I live a hop, skip and a jump away from this place, I elected to go here for my rental car pending the results of my car accident (not my fault) and my beloved MB. (Long story short, the MB was totaled - sad face) It's not a big place, rather empty inside with 3 or so lonely looking employees of which all are pretty nice. I was put in a brand new Hyundai Sonata, the nicest car they had compared to my MB, but I'm not picky, I just needed a car. However, the car smelled like a cigarette ashtray from the 16th street mall. Eeeew. I am not a smoker and think it's rather rude for a person to smoke in a rental car, however, it was soooo bad that I thought they may have been reinacting "up in smoke", but with cigarettes, eck. In any case, I febrezed it down, added a car freshner and kept the windows rolled down as much as possible. Pretty nice car, pretty bad previous rental car owners. Sully was nice enough to put me in the Sonata at the rate the insurance co was paying and I thought that was nice. I called to reserve for a couple extra day and Tim helped me out and he was also very friendly and helpful. On return day, the gal (forgot her name) with the beautiful blue eyes helped me 9 min before closing. They all did a wonderful job taking care of me and my needs. Their fleet doesn't appear to be big, however, the cars are all brand new looking and come in all sizes. I will use them again if I need them in the future. read more

I am only giving this place a 2-Star because they kind of gave me a good deal. I purchased a car through Kayak which said it was going to be the size of a Kia Soul. -news flash- *No, not at all. It was the size of a Jetta. And I was planning a trip to Texas with three kiddos. Not gonna happen with a 30+ hours of driving. Always trying to up sell you with insurance so lol into your own or your credit card. Some tolls are unavoidable in Texas so be on the look for tolls you can avoid. And try to travel a different route if possible. B/c you'll be charged WEEKS after the drop off of your rental car. Anyway, back to the story... On the recording it says that, "Enterprise is family owned and they'll pick you up." No they won't if "you're beyond a certain point" in that case you'll have to go another location to drop it off and to get a ride from there to your house is an additional $25 fee. Not only that, but I've been to the Enterprise in Littleton before they were so sweet and awesome! I couldn't make it on time and the manager told me ,"don't worry about any additional charges, that I could just return the car be the end of the day so I don't have to worry about any fees and no additional costs." But this location is a whole other monster. They couldn't give me my free upgrade, that I was getting great deal on my van b/c right then they were going for $100 and I was paying $37.50 a day I should be grateful, not including fees or the rental insurance or any toll fees I incur. Which of course I was grateful, however why not have a vehicle readily available to upgrade if people tend to usually do this at Enterprise, like ever Enterprise I've ever gone to for the past 15 years. So no they will not "come and pick you up" if you're out of their parameters. And you may get fees weeks later. And there is always hidden fees that they justify. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I have rented from enterprise all over the USA but this was the worst. First of all the price doesn't match what they advertise online. When I decided on a car and told them I only needed it for five days they told me that a five day rate is the same as week because they will give you two free days.(lol) the worst came in the end after waiting 45 minutes and after giving the proper ID and credit card the manager decided that he will not rent to me because my drivers license is foreign. Discriminating, employees who do not know what to do, and a complete waste of time. Do not waste your time with this enterprise branch. read more

Doesn't even deserve one star! This company created an enormous amount of stress despite the fact I tried to keep that from happening since April 2018. I booked my car comma called twice to confirm and to ask for a final amount before I rented the car. I went in 10 days early, again asked for final amount and was told I only would owe what was confirmed in my email. I asked again so that there wouldn't be any hidden surprises. I went in the night to get my car, and lo and behold an additional $150 deposit was added and I could only use One credit card. Needless to say I had to go with another company. Worse yet, manager they're treating me like crap and not one manager has contacted me, even though I've been promised on three separate occasions they would. Haven't heard a word! Beware , we went to pick up a mini van on the day of our reserved pick up , but they did not have for us ! Why ?? Because we didn't confirm with them on the phone. It was through Priceline who we gave our credit card info and got a confirmation, actually saying no need to call , it was confirmed. The even worse part of the story is other enterprise locations had mini vans but wouldn't honor our rate, which was about 100 cheaper. Very bad customer service , hard to believe. RENTER BEWARE!!!! Okay let me take a few moments of your time and please read this before renting at Enterprise at this location, and possibly at any Enterprise location! I returned my rental at this location back in October of 2018, the customer service agent that checked the vehicle back in walked around the vehicle and said, "Everything looks great here is your receipt, have a nice day". Seven hours later!! Seven hours later I get a call from Enterprise asking me about a huge dent in the front bumper? I informed the manager that I returned the vehicle got a walk around the vehicle and a receipt and that was that. She said that she would look into this matter and would let me know. I am thinking that was that.... Wrong... Four weeks go by and then I get a call from Enterprise Damage Recovery asking me about a $700 bill for damages to a rental car that I rented in October. She informed me that I needed to call the branch that I rented from to resolve this matter. I called the branch and they said that they will take care of it. Again two weeks go by and now I am being threaten by Enterprise to be taken to collections and or sued for damages! After this experience, I would recommended video recording when you check out a vehicle and check in a vehicle through this company to protect yourself!!! Good luck..... read more

Standing outside in 15 degrees with my husband and two small kids. This location closed at 6 pm, but NOWHERE did it say that when making my reservation or on the confirmation. Our flight was delayed due to snow. Took a $50 Uber to get here. Pre-paid for the reservation. Called Customer "Care".... they don't care at all. Too bad for me. No they can't get an associate to open and get me my car. No they can't send anyone with a car from a different location. No, they don't really care that it's 15 degrees and dropping and we were 15 minutes past 6 pm and it's the holidays. Basically they told me "too bad for you!" I always thought enterprise was special. That they went above and beyond. We always chose them over other car rental agencies. NEVER AGAIN. You could have made a customer for life. But nope. :( very angry. Very disappointed. Totally done with a company that will gladly take your $$ but leave literally stranded out in the cold. ******** Let me address the line of platitudes from below. Everyone I spoke to in "customer care" including the manager Nick, at the site, didn't give a flip. Shrugged shoulders, "hey, our hours are posted", and "I don't even have to honor this rate!" ZERO actual "customer care". Customer care is just pretty word...it doesn't actually translate into taking care of a customer. Reserved a car online and received a confirmation email. Took an Uber to go pick it up, and after I was dropped off was told that they didn't have the mid sized car I had reserved. He claimed to have called and left me a message, but I got no message or missed call from them. Liars. Then, they said all they had was a small subcompact car. It was like driving a tin car. Almost had to get out and push it to get up a hill. Tried calling to let them know I needed another car but they did not anser their phone. Finally got transferred to a call center and let them know why I was upset. The operator said she would be mad also. Transferred me to a regional manager. He told me to come in the next day and they would swap it out for a mid sized car that the guy that worked there said they wouldn't have any more in for a week. Went and picked it up. They gave me a mid size car that was pretty beat up, had 40,000 miles on it, and smelled like smoke. I rented it on a Thursday and returned it on Thursday earlier than I had picked it up. They charged me for a week and a day because they said a week ended on Wednesday. So, I guess a week to them is 6 days. Stay away. Because of Enterprise, I missed my friend's wedding. I reserved the car the day before online. When we showed up first thing in the morning, the lady in line ahead of us was trying to change out a car. She said she had been dealing with this issue for days and talked to someone at the corporate office, and was told that a car would be waiting for her. She was told by the person at the counter they had no idea what she was talking about, and they had nothing for her. They didn't attempt to offer her any solution except to come back later in the day to see if anything was available. When my husband and I got to the counter, they told me they could see my reservation (it was with a 9am pickup), but nothing was available and I could also come back at 11 and see if anything was available then. I asked why I was allowed to reserve the car if nothing was available, and they said the computer "was supposed to" be locked out and obviously the system wasn't working. They offered no other solution. Since the wedding started at 11 and was over an hour away, picking up at 11 was not an option. I tried calling around to find another car, but couldn't find anything in time. read more

Called and said it was taken care of, 2 weeks go by, no refund, had to call Farmers Insurance, they said Enterprise split the billing and charged me, kept the deposit. 5 phone calls, ultimately Enterprise did not help, had to go through Farmers. If zero stars were an option, I'd be choosing that. The lack of professionalism displayed by the branch manager, A.J., baffles me. And don't be confused by his nice act, it is just that, an act, at the end of the day his bonus is most important and he tries his hardest to not make it seem that way, until you have an issue and he doesn't have time to help you (because they already got paid). I can't imagine an individual such as A.J. would even be able to qualify as a manager elsewhere. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, as well as worked in several professional settings, his behavior was unnecessary, rude, and incompetent. I'm not sure if enterprise trains the branch managers to be unethical and dishonest, or if that's a trait A.J. learned elsewhere, but he seems to not think it a big deal that what he told me would happen, and what's came to be are completely different. If you are worried about being over charged by hundreds, having money put on your card you were told would be wiped away, and a manager who could care less, avoid this place at all costs.
