They are always smiling and pleasant to be at work. Their vehicles have always been clean, and nice. I have rented from Avis, Hertz, Enterprise, and Thrifty. I have used airport locations and none airport locations. This Budget location always has the newest vehicles for you to rent. If you're looking to buy a specific car, and want more than a 30 minutes test drive. Give them a call and see if they have it available. They don't finance in house, but if you can get your own financing they can even sell you a vehicle when it's time. Meaning once a vehicle hits a certain number of miles, they sell it, auction it or etc. If you're looking for great service and great cars. This is the Budget to go to. They offered me a way smaller SUV interested. I was angry and asked the lady, if she could do anything to help. She denied. She told, I have 2 options: take the smaller SUV or cancel for a refund. Really? I called Hertz headquarter and explained. The "gentleman" looked up the reservation and told, that I made the reservation with Priceline, and he will not help. If I had made the reservation with Hertz directly, he could help and could make a change to another location. Only resolution he offered: cancel this reservation and book a new one. Of course, then the booking would be almost double then I have prepaid for the large SUV. What a disappointment. Of course we had no other choice, we had to take the small SUV. That this small SUV stank like hell to cigarette smoke was just the top of the iceberg. We are renting quite often, and out next trip will be in April of 2024. I had planned to wait at a coffee shop nearby, and they offered to drive me there so that I could wait comfortably for my car service to be done. Several days later my car wouldn't start and my engine light came on. It turned out to be a key fob battery. When i fi ll up on gas in an area that was potentislly unsafe i had gased up leaving my car running apparently this is whst caused my engine light to come on not to mention a fire hazard. Apparently, static electricity can cause and explosion. In my defense, i am an 80 year old widow living on a pension. In the 40's and 50's not only were there no cell phones, there were no computers. These were divided into those i needed right now, those that coul wait a momth,, and those that could wait longer. They both approached me with respect and kindness which has prompted this review. I was prepared to leave when Nic said to me that the serpentine belt was about to break. I thought Nic was going not going to let me leave wi th it in the condition it was in Nic sent one of his workers t7o go get the belt and put it on. Took an hour including picking up the belt. I got the feeling he was trying to inform me without scaring me. What did i know about serpentine belts.Not a thing! Everyone i encountered behaved that way. I have not felt that way since my husband passed. It was quite touching. Now i learned a new woŕd KeyFob. It has a CR 2032 battery. If the battery is dead so is your car. Lesson # 2. Now being 80 at night when i needed gas if i felt frightened, i would lea e the car running while i gassed up. Did you know that would cause the engine light to come on. Lesson #3. Or that you should never have the car running while gasing up because like static Lesson #4 electricity could cause the car to catch on fire or worse.

David found one rate online that was fine--but we wondered if we could get better...so I called Chad at Avis. Chad was great--very personable! Not only did he beat the online rate, but he offered us a better car option. As long as a Prius was on the lot, he would let us use that car because it had better gas mileage for the long trek. It was great!!! He did warn us, upon arriving to pick it up, that it wasn't the most comfortable car. BUT we drove in it for a long time, and both of us were comfortable! Plenty of leg room--which is important for my tall fiance and all of our luggage. We started with a full trunk, and came home with a full car--but there was still space left if we needed it. We rented the car for 2 weeks at a great rate--mileage WAS terrific, kept our gas prices down--and we'd do it again! If we plan any long road trips again, we know who we'll be calling.
