I called enterprise once we landed. Our bags were out in less than 10 minutes from us land. Ben picked us up. Did a walk around the car. Did the paperwork. He even came to look for us inside the airport too. He is helpful and very nice too. They are very thorough when they do the car walk around. That's a first. Still out there and it's been over 10 minutes. I do hope we don't get a Nissan. I have had 3 that have broken down on me, one was a rental too. The Toyota Camry we were supposed to get had some hail storm damage from earlier. It's a hybrid Hyundai, Pacifica or a pickup truck. They have to clean the hybrid since it was just returned. Ben is cleaning the car for us while we wait. Ben suggested visiting Missoula, has a nice river running through the middle of it. He gave us his history of how he came here from St. Louis to Helena. Ben is very warm and friendly and super cool! Off airport isn't too bad. Ben gave us the best car rental experience, ever.

I had literally used enterprise the week before with the same form of payment. So, not only did I miss my $800 non refundable flight, I was then completely stranded! The customer service is disgusting and the manager Tristian should not be working with the public. This is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with!
