Since I have been renting from this location, it has always been just one person at the counter who frantically tries to help multiple customers. I would think they would at least have two or more reps at this location. They get a lot of business from the service members and their families. The lady is a bit frantic and too haste in her approach with things. It really made me feel anxious just watching her. She was running in and out of the store and trying to get people set up with their vehicle. I feel bad for her given she was the only one and there were literally five of us waiting in line. I wonder if they know how much this influence a customer 's overall experience. It really makes a difference when the person who is helping you is attentive and calm. The only reason I am using this car rental company is because of it's location. It is the only one available at Ft Knox. Otherwise, I would have gone somewhere else. I wasted a hour trying to get Road Side Assistance. I then called my own insurance company to request road side service and they were unable to speak to customer service at Budget. I will NEVER rent from Budget again. What a high priced RIP off. Budget does not deserve a star.
