Their cars must have been a part of a former rental car fleet. Their pricing is not too bad and they will finance anyone, but at a very high price. The best advice I can give you is if you are promised something after sales please make sure that you get it in writing. My neighbor failed to do this and memories seem to fade once the car drives off the lot.

I would think they would at least have two or more reps at this location. They get a lot of business from the service members and their families. She was running in and out of the store and trying to get people set up with their vehicle. I feel bad for her given she was the only one and there were literally five of us waiting in line. I wonder if they know how much this influence a customer 's overall experience. It really makes a difference when the person who is helping you is attentive and calm. The only reason I am using this car rental company is because of it's location. It is the only one available at Ft Knox. Otherwise, I would have gone somewhere else. I hope this doesn't influence me about the company as a whole.

The hotel is dated, but when I was there (8/23/24) it was immaculate. Dated in this case also means quality materials were used in construction, which means noise doesn't pass through the walls. The staff was friendly and you could tell they took pride in their jobs. There was even an included light breakfast with some hot food. This is my new go-to place while passing through Kentucky.
