First the odometer didn't not work but they did fix that. How do I know how many miles are actually on the car? The coolant gauge does not work properly and most of the warning lights do not work. The check engine light bulb was taken out, which seems pretty questionable. These lights are important. They're there for a reason and if they're not working, how am I going to know if something is wrong? The worst thing by far is I found my airbag diagnostic monitor was disconnected. Both electrical connectors were physically disconnected. The thing that is supposed to deploy the airbags in the event of a crash were disconnected. I've basically been driving around with no airbags. I don't know what kind of car dealership this is but I would not recommend buying a car from them.

You have to park on an uncovered lot and drag all of your luggage to the Terminal. Normally it's not a problem if there is no rain or snow and if you travel without your family. In this case The luggage carts where covered in snow and impossible to get out when I told the National Car guy(Lanzó) that i had to pull up to the terminal and unload. He said well you have enough time since your flight is delayed. So I asked if he could help and take the rental and drive it back and he of course said no and sat down. He was so short with his answer and so unwillingly to even get out of his seat and give me good customer service. Oakland, LAX, SFO, NY National is everywhere I go National is my go to. Maybe it time to try another Company with employee like that. Oh yeah, they were so unwilling to leave their chairs that they even ask me if the tank was full and if there was any dents without even going out there to verify for my sake and theirs.

So they either make money off having a defective vehicle towed or you have to pay their daily roadside service. They refuse to answer the reasons that the renter isn't responsible for towing and also why it takes a month to receive a letter regarding these expenses. Took eight days for a letter to be received from the date of print out that says card on file will be charged a week after mailing of the letter. Please use care and research the vehicle they rent before accepting in case there are known common problems. Would absolutely never recommend Avis.

The within 30 minutes of renting, my wife opened the front passenger door and because of a misalignment of the front quarter panel, the door caused a dent on the front quarter panel. I took the van back to the location immediately to tell them what happened and they said they'd file a report once we returned the van. After we returned the van, Enterprise told us that we owed them $2,000 to fix the front quarter panel from opening the door. They explained this is their policy but it doesn't make any sense to me that we'd be liable for damage that occurred during normal usage like opening a door. Absolutely ridiculous.

He assured me he would be there, and he was always good about that in the past. But this time he never showed. He didn't even call, just didn't show up. Because of that I missed my appointment, which was to check the incision on the back of my neck from a recent surgery. Since I missed the appointment I did not know that the incision had become infected, since I couldn't see it. I ended up in the hospital for five nights and had to have another surgery to control the infection and am still on drugs to control it. If he had called I could have taken an Uber and the infection would have been found before it got this bad. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!

Finally I got it to work with my company's 3rd party travel booking software and received a magical email the day before my pickup, saying I could skip the line and pick any car in the Emerald Club section. Both rental and return were easy. Didn't have to talk to anyone, lol. Also love that I could grab my favorite rental car, the KIA Soul. Gradually this is becoming my preferred rental agency! Especially because I've had THE WORST experiences at the OMA car rental counter.
