When I pulled up, we were greeted with, "You are late and we are charging you a late fee!" It caught me off guard to be greeted in this manner. I explained to the young girl that I picked up the care at 1pm and paid for a full 8 days and that usually means returning the next day by 1pm was still fully paid. I am bringing it back using only 5 hours on the last day. She immediately shot back and said "you stated 6pm on your return time and it is 7:04pm and I am charging you 2 hours late". When I said, "Serious?' She said, "Yeah I am serious, you heard me". I asked for a manager to speak with and she said I could call or go inside. I was on my way to catch a flight and had no time to go to the rental car desk and find a manager. Hopefully, someone sees this and can help with the customer service on the return side of the business. I know some of these young kids are not used to talking to adults, but if you do not know how to speak to customers, do not put these employees in those positions.

Rented a vehicle to drive my son home from college. I was told that the car was being cleaned and the items must be in lost and found but the lost amd found person had gone home for the evening with the key. She remained out for the next five days and I cycled through various managers who promised to get back to me. On Tuesday (7 days later) I was told no items had been turned in and that they would open a claim and check the cameras and get back to me within 24 hours. No return call, no update. I called today and they made the mistake of picking up the phone. I identified who I was and explained why I was calling amd was met with "Oh I can't really hear you, I'll call you back." Then the lady hung up and didn't answer again. So not only are we going to take things that are left in the vehicle, they are going to be super unprofessional. Think carefully before you spend your money here.

You could see the bedroom in the background of representative talking to you through a monitor in a booth. Attempted to try and convince us that additional collision insurance was mandatory from what we PSIs Expedia and also from their company directly which would have made us pay for insurance twice. As soon as I asked to corral to a manager they canceled our reservation leaving us stranded.

I utilized this location for a recent rental, and it was the worst decision I made. I spoke with Babak who provided me the information details regarding the rental and the keys to the vehicle. He was friendly and at the time seemed to give all the information that would be billed. After I returned the vehicle a few days later I received the final receipt. I was charged with $75.00 miscellaneous charge to my account. My fiance called to question what the extra charge was, and he first said we picked up the vehicle late. She explained that it was not late it was a new reservation. He changed his explanation and then stated it was for the tolls. She again explained that we paid extra for the tolls which was already billed. He then changed his story for third time and said it was for the cleaning. At this point it became clear he did not know where the charge came from and was naming things off a list. When we asked for a refund of the miscellaneous charge, he became rude over the phone did not want to explain anything as he ran out of excuses. This location obviously has no respect for their customers, and will charge hidden costs without proper explanations. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM USING THIS LOCATION FOR ANY SERVICES. I will be contacting Avis Corporation for a follow up regarding this location.
