I was approved by a loan company they work with online to buy a car here 6 weeks ago. I have come in several times and waited, and was promised several times the sales manager was going to call me. One of the times after he finished his next phone call and nothing. I have never met up with the sales man nor recieved a call and repeatedly lied to by the young lazy staff. I have a pull on my credit for a company that hasn't bothered to give me the time of day; and made me feel like I am not worth their time. Ive waisted a total of 16 hours if you put it together coming in and waiting for a no show sales man or time making / waiting for call backs. Which is 16 hours i could have been working or getting important matters handled. I'm glad i didn't buy a car here, if i had a problem or they sold me a lemon from the auctions I'd never be able to communicate for months with the Manager.

You KNOW what you are getting with RC1. We rented the 2017 Polaris Rzr 4. The availability calendar was right there on the site and I was so stoked to see that the days we wanted were open to book! The cost was SO reasonable and it was so clear that this family really takes pride in their equipment. We had such a great time, and the RZR made all the difference!! For our next trip, we're definitely going to rent one of their Toy Haulers too! I had the chance to check one out when we picked up the RZR and was majorly impressed. So clean, well maintained and I would be 100% confident in its reliability. All the little details of trying to make the most out of your rare time off can be stressful, but not with this company. They have most definitely earned a loyal Customer with me.

The car was toast because of an engine recall, but they helped us get our oil changed so that Kia wouldn't have a reason to heckle us or try to get out of the warranty when we towed the car in. They even printed us out the full recall and diagnostic packet, so we came in with the correct info when the car was dropped off. Helped us in a pinch! Plus, the dogs were cute.

While driving home from Death Valley National Park, I noticed my front driver side wheel was a bit…read morecrooked. I figured the roundtrip of 54 rough and kidney rattling, tooth grinding miles on the horrible Racetrack Playa road had knocked off my alignment. It got worse. Driving down Trona Road near the intersection with 395, the wheel self destructed at the bearing assembly at 60MPH. It nearly came right off the truck with all the lug nuts intact. The hub blew apart and all the bearings and stuff were turned to shrapnel. The brake disc came out like 6 inches from the housing and cut through the caliper like a buzz saw. I'm lucky to be alive, just barely managed to wrestle the truck off the road without rolling it over. Tire skid marks were everywhere. When I got out of the truck, and immediately realized my whole day had just been ruined. Not driving this thing home! The wheel was sitting diagonally, sticking out several inches from the truck. It had nearly fallen completely off the truck at speed. It was locked up and the tires had been dragged down the pavement. I pulled out my phone, and amazingly had service, so I opened Yelp and searched for the nearest auto repair place. J&S came up, right around the corner from where I was. Joel picked up the phone and just happened to be driving by. He saw my truck out his window, and came right over within a few minutes. Arriving, he immediately jacked up the truck, and disassembled the hub. He found it to be completely destroyed, and so he took me and the parts back to his shop and we tried to source new parts. It turned out the parts were dealer special order only, and it was Sunday afternoon. I'd be stranded there until at least Tuesday if we waited for them. So he told me the options. I needed to get home quickly. So Joel actually went out of his way to get me an absolutely incredible deal on a tow all the way back to my hometown, which was two and a half hours away! He also waited there with me for the tow truck for over an hour, and then gave me another incredible deal on the labor. He also accepts credit and debit cards from his mobile phone right on the side of the road, which is a huge plus, especially in an industry and area that is often known for only accepting cash or checks - both of which you may not have while traveling through the middle of the desert. Joel is a really humble and hardworking guy, and definitely someone who actually cares about the outcome for his customers, and not merely his own bottom line. When you're in a jam, the last thing you want to be worried about is getting taken advantage of by a mechanic, so finding a reliable and trustworthy one is a must. When you're in a jam, this is the guy you want to call. Even though we couldn't find the parts in time, he helped me and my truck get home safely and quickly, and I was sleeping in my own warm bed by that night. I'm at home safe and sound now, and the truck is in my local shop for the week while we wait on those special order parts. If you read some of the other 5 star reviews, you will see that this is not a one time thing. Joel has helped many people in the past in similar situations. I'm tremendously grateful that he helped me, and he will probably be able to help you too.
