I listened to men talk crap about women. Listened to men get verbally abusive with women and pets. When I asked a resident to turn his outside tv down I was told to shut the f@&k up and go to my trailer. Yelled at me to shut my f&$ki@g door. Turned the volume up. When we checked in never received promised email with codes for bathrooms/laundry. Had to ask next morning. And no, the email was not in my junk, never was. We left a day early. Had no choice but to stay here as we were sick. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone. Keep driving!!

The entertainment was a lot of fun, I played a few of Freddies games, I even got second place in one. I loved watching Skip the Balloon man with his songs and huge balloon. He's so funny!! And I love the Ducks!! I watched three of their shows, and I even got to race a duck!! Mine won!! The sax player was really good too. I loved walking around the carnival. It is really pretty at night. I enjoy the music and lights. The kids were having a blast. I liked listening to the band. They played great music. If I could change just one thing, it would be that back area where the knights and king was, I accidently found it, and not very many people were watching, not because it was boring, I felt like it was really hard to find. But it was entertaining to me. I like this fair a lot.

If you're looking for a campground where you instantly feel welcome, this is it!…read more We had an amazing time at the KOA in Weldon at Lake Isabella. Kim and her staff are absolutely incredible! They are friendly, funny, witty, and genuinely enjoy making every camper feel like family. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every detail. They go above and beyond to keep everyone entertained with rock painting for the kids, pool activities, ice cream socials, music, pizza nights, chicken wings, and so much more. There is always something fun happening, and it's easy to see why families love coming back. The shower facilities deserve a special mention--they are absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean. Honestly, they are some of the cleanest campground showers I've ever seen! The fish-cleaning station was another pleasant surprise. It was well-maintained, convenient, and spotless. One of the things we appreciated most was how safe and peaceful the campground felt. Walking around at any time was comfortable, and when quiet hours began, they truly were quiet. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Kim, and your entire staff, for creating such a welcoming, family-friendly campground. Your hard work, laughter, and hospitality made our trip unforgettable. We can't wait to come back! The Jobe's And Mr.Grumpy pants , Bryan... space 10 4th of July weekend. 2026

But there is a real (teeny) lake with great access, clear swimable water and good visibility for littles! AND your dog can go in it! The tennis court looks good enough, with a basket ball hoop at one end. They have lovely pavillion type structures at the side of the lake with a lovely view of the mountains. Super friendly & helpful staff... What's not to like! Quiet. I'm hoping there will be good star visibility tonight!

We could have stayed anywhere at any cost in the fascinating and beautiful Owens Valley but chose Ignacio and Irene's place and its excellent value. . Even after decades of traveling the West, the East Sierra region escaped our notice until recently. US 395 is one of the nation's best drives, the history of the Owens Valley is fascinating, Whitney Portal is stunning to the point of near-disbelief, Owens "Lake" is INCREDIBLY photogenic (see photo), Sonora Pass (CA 108) north of Yosemite is excellent, and Yosemite is...well, uh...Yosemite. Lake Olancha is a perfect base camp and stopping point for exploration of the area. . Our cabin was spotless. Scenery was superior. Ignacio and Irene are very friendly, prompt, articulate, and ethical - the kind of people you want do business with. Other guests at the park spoke very well of them. Places like theirs blast vacations into the triumphant zone. A+++

Went to plug in my Nema 1450 Shore power cord and the pedal outlet was melted. Let the check in lady girl know and quickly two maintenance guys came out for a look see. I told them exactly what needed to be replaced and the part name. The younger one said he will call an electrician to come take a look. I said, tell him to bring a Nema 1450 outlet and replace it, as it's nothing to look at but just replace it already. Now mind you we are already set up and can't plug in safely. They "called the owner" and said the electrician can come tomorrow and that's just not gonna work for me. I asked where is the closest hardware store and again the younger one said "it's probably closed" he's not helpful and he's a minimum effort kinda guy. I called ace hardware and they are open for another 1-2 hrs. Had the counter make sure the part is in and had it ready for pick up. The older one tried to put it in, not having any experience with this type of electrical work. I ended doing it for him as I'm a 30+ year electrician. I may have saved his life - . The office offered a $20 credit. and got them to do $50...... The End
