I have rented from Avis for years and this past Saturday a car that I rented got towed and I've been kept stranded. No car and customer service can't tell me when the car will be picked up nor when I will get a replacement. They have not idea when it will be picked up and that will have to pay for the days that the car is stored at the towing facilitate even though they were notified with time and it can't be released to me since I'm not the owner. read more

Do not rent from this location! Horrible customer service. They gave me a filthy car and did not care. There was food under the seats, sand and grass in the backseat. Woman at the desk rolled her eyes and walked away from me when I tried showing her the pictures. I had to delay my trip to clean the car. read more

This is a private location and only two employees work here .they arent very professional and lack any knowledge of what's going on they over charged my credit card $500 and never issued a refund I had to contact my bank for this issue.I wouldn't recommend this Avis read more

As we were waiting literally had 5 people be helped before we even were given our rental! I had to ask where the car was, as we have to get to a work trip!! David and his staff went out of their way to help us find a vehicle that would be suitable to take my mother to her doctor appointment after her total knee replacement. They made sure they suggested several options. They were very polite and understood our concerns and had the vehicle ready for us in a timely manner. I booked a same day online rental car. The online information lead me to believe that this location was open till 8:00 pm and was 20 miles away. Turns out the location was closed, which I could handle if it wasn't for how I was treated upon walking to the door. It was 5:20 pm (ish) and there are floor to ceiling glass windows allowing people to see into the location. I am not sure if it was the owner, or the general manager, but he started yelling at me, I could literally hear him through the closed doors, waving his arms. I could not clearly see or hear him, and did not yell back. I motioned for him to come to the door because I had no idea what he was yelling at me for. All I did was approach the business. He repeatedly refused to come to the door, and I was confused because there was a sign posted on the window that read something along the lines, out, call (name omitted for privacy) for service with a phone number. Meanwhile, there are two people inside and the man is still yelling at me. Finally he comes to the door, continues to yell (I am not exaggerating, I have NEVER seen this from a business owner/manager/employee ever). He points to the door which says closes at 5:00 pm. Still okay, I understand that the internet does not always have correct information. He then turned his back, and walked away hands thrown in the air. I stood there for about a minute in disbelief. I hate to give a business a one star rating, but this is truly deserved. I am not giving a one star because they were closed, because internet information can be wrong sometimes. I have never been disrespected in this manner by someone in the consumer driven business industry in my life. Avis is a decent rental car company, but do yourself a favor and go to another location. I am surprised to read the bad reviews. I've rented a car here many times and I deal directly with John, the manager. He is always been so nice, I recently did a mini-lease and was locked in for a month, but due to a new project that requires me to be away for more than a month, I had to turn in my lease early. I was initially worried about the fact that I've only had the car for a week and be charged for a whole month. John converted it to a weekly rental and so I was so relieved to only pay for the days I've used the car. So, if you find yourself at this location look for John. read more

You are probably considering this location based on it proximity or price... Take it from someone who values their time, someone who values quality and customer experience. Avoid this branch at all cost. Starting with the management, the service experience is non-existent. The branch has made up all kinds of "charges" that any seasoned renter will not recognize. They are relentlessly salesy in there approach, it reminds you of a bad roadside used car dealership. The worst part for me is the quality of the vehicles... There was so much buildup on the inside of the windshield the glare at night was downright dangerous and the smell! It obvious that they feel like Covid is over and vehicles don't need to be cleaned. I could go on, but you get the picture. Avoid this branch... Dont get your trip off to a bad start by wasting time at this location.
