My family and I decided to take a quick trip up to St Augustine for a weekend and we were looking to rent a minivan that fit the whole family. I pulled up Google and did the usual search and found several Enterprises, Budgets, and Avis. However, when I pulled up car rentals on Yelp this Toyota Champion Auto Rental pulled up. I didn't even know that Toyota had its own car rental facility. It was a great opportunity to try out the Toyota Sienna since the dealership obviously only rents out Toyotas. The price was comfortable and they gave me a 10% AAA discount. It was like any other typical car rental transaction in the sense that it was unlimited miles but you had to stay within the state unless you had previous Arrangements to drive outside of the state. The service was quick and easy and the car drove very well. I would definitely rent from this place again and recommend it to others. Just keep in mind that they have shorter hours on Sundays in case you are returning the car later. read more

I am picking up the car on March 31 2021 at 8am and returning it on april 2. I rented a car here while vacationing in Florida and was advised by the desk clerk that the toll fee can be added at the end to avoid high toll fee charge. On the day of returning the car, I was asked to wait in the lobby so the clerk can process the payment on my credit card. Off I went thinking that they would process the agreed toll fee($60) and car rental fee, but turned out they never added the toll fee and I was charged separately $103 for toll fee. read more

This is a hidden and till now an unknown gem of rental cars. They called the morning to see if we were still coming in, they called when we landed and told us where to meet them. We were picked at the airport by a friendly lady practicing Covid precautions. The drive was a little longer than normal but the cleanliness, vehicle and service made up for it. We arrived at the dealer, filled out the paperwork, they gave us options but weren't pushy, given directions and restaurant recommendations. The 2020 Rav 4 was almost brand new and perfect, it still had a new car smell. Return was easy and quick as was the return to the airport. 100% better than the airport rental car without the fees and taxes. read more
