Before the sale, I spent considerable time on FaceTime walking him through the car in detail. I showed him the condition of the vehicle, answered all of his questions, and even offered to have a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) performed before finalizing the deal. He declined and said he was comfortable moving forward. The transaction took approximately five days to complete. At no point before payment did he express concerns about accidents, paintwork, or any major issues with the vehicle. After taking possession of the car, the story suddenly changed. He began claiming that the car had been in an accident, had paintwork, and had numerous other issues. He then started asking for money back because he believed he had paid too much for the vehicle. What I found most telling is that when he expressed these concerns, I immediately offered to unwind the deal entirely and provide a full refund in exchange for the car. He declined. If the vehicle truly had all of the serious issues he claimed, accepting a full refund would seem like the obvious choice. The car left my possession covered in full PPF. After he began removing the PPF, additional claims started appearing. Despite the extensive list of alleged problems, the total repair bill from Porsche was reportedly only around $1,500. For someone claiming there were major undisclosed issues, that amount certainly tells a different story. Another concern he raised involved the engine and overall condition of the car. However, the over-rev report reportedly came back clean. Once again, the facts did not appear to support the claims being made. There was also confusion regarding Apple CarPlay. He insisted that the car should have come with factory-installed CarPlay. I explained that 2016 GT3 RS models did not come equipped with Apple CarPlay from the factory and that the system in the car was an OEM-style retrofit that I personally installed. Despite this explanation, he continued insisting I was wrong. I eventually sent him information confirming that 2016 GT3 RS models were not equipped with factory Apple CarPlay. At that point, I suggested that before accusing someone of misrepresenting a vehicle, it's important to fully understand the model being purchased--especially when dealing with high-end Porsches. During the 1.5 years I owned this GT3 RS, it was never involved in an accident and was never painted to my knowledge. I represented the car honestly, answered every question, offered a PPI before the sale, and even offered a full refund after the sale. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone buying or selling a vehicle to document everything, conduct all inspections before completing the transaction, and make sure any concerns are addressed before money changes hands. This review reflects my personal experience. Others can evaluate the facts and draw their own conclusions.

There were 3 of us with an Emerald Club reservation for a full-size car and only Nissan Sentra size cars or smaller available in the Emerald Club section. We would have barely fit with our luggage (we were all traveling with at least 1 suitcase each). There were cars we would consider full-size that would have worked great but they were all either locked or had "no key" written on the window. We ended up with a Tahoe, which was too big but the only thing that was available bigger than a Sentra, and had to pay the upcharge. Otherwise, everything was fine as expected, that is why it got 2 stars instead of 1.

If you are used to hopping off a National bus and dashing to a car, Trenton is a bit smaller scale. As you deplane and leave the luggage hanger, head back to the main building on the left. You will find a National and Enterprise counter next to the restrooms and sheriff's office. You have to check in and then fill out your paperwork. The attendant is extremely friendly and gives each renter the attention they need. You then get your key and head to a lot by the cell phone lot. Hit the lock button to find your car and head on out. If you return the car before they open, there is a drop box for your keys before you catch your return Frontier flight.

When I tell you the level of service that I received here was too good not to shout out. The branch manager Celssi was outstanding and her staff did not disappoint one bit. I highly recommend them for any car rental needs.

Great experience at Enterprise Rent-a-Car Princeton…read more I've rented from National many times over many years, generally associated with work. Some of their locations, like the one at Hartsfield-Jackson Int'l Airport in Atlanta, are fantastic. Since I've had to rent over the last couple of years locally (near Princeton Junction, NJ) National is less convenient and, frankly, not staffed as well in this area. Happily, my Emerald account is shared with Enterprise, and their Route 1 location is both convenient and extremely well managed. Kudos to Mohammad Zaman (Branch Rental Mgr), Morgan Franc (Assistant Branch Rental Mgr) and Lilly Frazier (Management Trainee), all of whom made the rental experience there excellent the last few times I've been in. This is a tightly run operation, with staff paying attention to detail, providing clean well-maintained cars, taking the time to walk around the car pre-rental to document any dings, and being both pleasant and professional. This is now my "go to" rental agency when I need to pick up a car in the Princeton / Princeton Junction area. Thanks!

Multiple people had to call to have someone show up. Real fun for when you have little kids tired, crying and screaming to go. The vehicle I was given was not the type I reserved. The associate said it was comparable. No way it was. The Kona compact suv which I've driven before and has been fine was not there and given some tiny thing that not a comparable. I could not only fit one suitcase in the back. Not 3 suitcases as advertised. Has to put bags in the car on top of people and the font seat. I was so uncomfortable driving cuz you can't have anyone in the back without moving the seat all the way forward. Again not a problem in the advertised Kona When I getting ready to walk to get my car which is not where near the entrance, I was told my car might have full gas but if not call a phone number and take a pic. Basically sounding like it doesn't. Sure enough it's not full at all. Not surprising the phone number I was told to call no one picks up. Prices are not higher than alternative sites, as it appears the county and state have not seen fit to add on charges for using the airport for outside business. I needed a large people/luggage mover for folks coming in from Asia. My wheels couldn't handle all of that. Booked a Ford Expedition through Priceline and everything went smoothly. I went to the desk to let them know I was there, and 10 minutes later, a new and clean Expo was waiting right outside. No pressure to take insurance or anything else. As the manager said, "If you wanted those extras you would have booked them already through Priceline." Appreciated his logic. Brought it back the next evening. The rental lot is about 100 yards from the terminal, so walking is required, but that wasn't a problem. The woman on duty on the return was just as friendly and practical as her comrade. I was asked about gas and miles, and handed her the keys. No sweat.
