Small selection of cars. Even as a preferred plus / chairmans member - you get the same selection as regular folks. This past week I was given a selection of 5 colors of the same car. Sometimes I even get downgraded from what I reserved! And there is never a car or portfolio set up for you if you are preferred plus. So there is absolutely no advantage to having status. Sometimes the run out of cars. If the one employee sleeps late, needs to use the restroom, or has a tough customer - you are out of luck. If 4 people beat you there at opening, the wait is 30 minutes. Positives: there is a wawa right near it to fill up at a cheaper price and they don't charge extra for one way to airport. Like all Avis' - spouses drive free.

The first two numbers yielded no response, but their 800 line worked, not sure what the deal there was. We had to go from Lawrenceville to Hamilton, the dispatcher (who was also our driver) said the cab would be there in 20 minutes, and the cab was there in exactly 20 minutes. Driver was very polite, friendly, and well-spoken. The car was very clean and comfortable. He didn't need directions or a GPS, knew my street off the top of his head and took the shortest route, so he's clearly very familiar with the area. Fare was $25 flat rate which is extremely reasonable considering i have paid that much for other cabs for a much shorter trip. I don't know anything about their scheduled services but I would highly recommend United One if you need a cab on the spot. Friendly, cheap, and fast. Their toll-free number is 800-820-0785, Yelp doesn't have fields for more than one phone number.
