Gave her a hard time, told her there was a $200 deposit (which nowhere did it say when i booked the reservation). Then would not take my payment over the phone even after I put my credit card on file online. When it was all said and done, Hertz basically left my wife and 2 kids basically stranded they would not process her "Visa" credit card for payment bc it had a Visa logo and they had to run a credit check. They basically gave my wife the runaround and gave her a hard time because she was upset that she had to wait over an hour. She asked to speak to a manager but was told noone else was there, the representative called his manager who basically was no Horrible horrible horrible staff.

He helped the lady in front of me and said he was going to go get the car. He went outside and 20 min later I go outside to switch rental providers as I was beyond annoyed already and I see him driving up with Food. He literally went to go get food as we all waited. An hour and a half later I finally got a car through enterprise.

Nope! Weeks later they send you threatening letters about hail damage (during sunny weather?) , despite not having any check-in inspection forms, pictures, etc. They likely are dinging people's insurance for deductibles to pay off their older cars before they sell them. This is criminal activity directed specifically by the management. It's also common nationally for this company.

Was sent here by my insurance company due to my car being hit. When we got there at 12 there was a…read morelong line and when we finally got to the desk at 1224 Eileen told us she could not help us even though she pulled us up in her system because we had to make a reservation online. She had to help all the people behind us that had a different reservation they made online even though she found our information. This was due to a system error they were having where Potranco made reservations like it was open when it was not and transferred all of its customers to our location. She was able to give 3 other people a car and we waited an hour only for her to only suggest we make a reservation on Monday for a smaller car because they were too busy but she still gave cars away to multiple people behind us. We came in Monday they still only have trucks. She told me on Sunday we were making a reservation Monday for a smaller car like economy which she compared to an altima she gave away Sunday in addition to I believe a red civic. Still no car available and we are there for our scheduled time at 8. She kept blaming the weather and said that a car of the size we were looking for like the ones in their parking lot would be available after an oil change maybe later and they would give us a call back at 10. No call and no car it it's already 11. I spoke to a chat representative only to be told no ETA for when i will receive a call back for the service we received. I come in immediately wanting a manager because I am convinced this lady does not want to help us. I tell him that there are nothing but economy cars in your parking lot because that's what she called them and that's almost what they look like online. The manager corrected the misinformation we received from her she was trying to get us an economy car not a standard car like we wanted. The ones we had pointed to in their parking lot at 8am that needed an oil change. I dont argue with the misinformation I was given by her because at this point i just want to get the car and leave. We finally are walking out to a civic and she tells me I can't drive the car only my father can. This is how I now know she didn't want to help us or maybe me specifically. Not only were we given the wrong information by her multiple times but now I can't drive a rental that I am on the insurance of with my family with. I have rented cars multiple times even overseas with my families insurance. If you come here don't speak to Eileen she clearly does not like her job, does not follow up, and is most likely to give misinformation or not help you. And yes I did follow up with my insurance I can drive this car. At least the manager was helpful and did what she obviously did not want to do but this was a whole weekend and hours later. These dudes kept jerking me around all I needed was a window fixed on my company van. So I did. Once I got there this dude tells me he's got a broken down car in the middle of the road all my mechanics are gone bla blah. Mind you this is 5mins before having the conversation to come SO I said fine screw it I'll come tomorrow and he said OKAY please come tomorrow we will be ready for you same time. Ok cool. Tomorrow comes around and I go to work and after I go to this god forsaken dealership straight out of Baghdad and "John smith" who shares my same name says he's never heard of my situation and that the owner is actually out today for a funeral. Ok well the funeral didn't get planned AFTER we made plans for me because that was just F*****n YESTERDAY sooooo I said whatever man I'll go tomorrow. And John is like sweet ok awesome Last day I show up and this diaper head tells me my window is broke and then gets all pissed off and mad when I said ok fix it this is the whole reason I'm here. And the dude goes "it's gonna take forever and I'm about to get off" mind you the place closes at like 6-7 or whatever and I'm sitting infront of him at 4:30 these people are lazy Highly not recommended
