While it wasn't without it's bumps the team was great throughout. From the pick up (home close by) and drop off (collision center), to the exchange to a new vehicle (slow tire leak on the first one?) and the extending and closing out of the insurance claim/contract at the end....the team was friendly, helpful, and understanding. Was sent here by my insurance company due to my car being hit. When we got there at 12 there was a long line and when we finally got to the desk at 1224 Eileen told us she could not help us even though she pulled us up in her system because we had to make a reservation online. She had to help all the people behind us that had a different reservation they made online even though she found our information. This was due to a system error they were having where Potranco made reservations like it was open when it was not and transferred all of its customers to our location. She was able to give 3 other people a car and we waited an hour only for her to only suggest we make a reservation on Monday for a smaller car because they were too busy but she still gave cars away to multiple people behind us. We came in Monday they still only have trucks. She told me on Sunday we were making a reservation Monday for a smaller car like economy which she compared to an altima she gave away Sunday in addition to I believe a red civic. Still no car available and we are there for our scheduled time at 8. She kept blaming the weather and said that a car of the size we were looking for like the ones in their parking lot would be available after an oil change maybe later and they would give us a call back at 10. No call and no car it it's already 11. I spoke to a chat representative only to be told no ETA for when i will receive a call back for the service we received. I come in immediately wanting a manager because I am convinced this lady does not want to help us. I tell him that there are nothing but economy cars in your parking lot because that's what she called them and that's almost what they look like online. The manager corrected the misinformation we received from her she was trying to get us an economy car not a standard car like we wanted. The ones we had pointed to in their parking lot at 8am that needed an oil change. I dont argue with the misinformation I was given by her because at this point i just want to get the car and leave. We finally are walking out to a civic and she tells me I can't drive the car only my father can. This is how I now know she didn't want to help us or maybe me specifically. Not only were we given the wrong information by her multiple times but now I can't drive a rental that I am on the insurance of with my family with. I have rented cars multiple times even overseas with my families insurance. If you come here don't speak to Eileen she clearly does not like her job, does not follow up, and is most likely to give misinformation or not help you. And yes I did follow up with my insurance I can drive this car. At least the manager was helpful and did what she obviously did not want to do but this was a whole weekend and hours later. Went in to pick up a car rental today since I was visiting from out of town . I had booked everything through the internet and was told it would be a pick up and go experience . However, that wasn't the case . I was told I needed to pay for this through a Credit card and not a debit card since I was from out of state . I am someone that doesn't use credit cards . What was upsetting was that all seemed fine when booking and leading into the day no communication of that type was shared with me . I ubered over and left with no car . Employee didn't seem to care when I shared none of this information was shared . If I would have known 1000% . Ruined all my travel plans while on vacation read more

If I could give fewer stars I would. I reserved my car online a day prior to when it was needed, I even checked in online prior to arriving. When I get to the office, I am not greeted for at least 5 minutes even though the young lady behind the counter knew I was there and did not appear to be dealing with anything else. I waited patiently then she asked what she could do for me. I informed her that I had a reservation, she asked for my name, checks my reservation and said "yeah we don't have anything at the moment to give you for rental". I told her that I had already reserved it, she goes on to say "yes, 2 hours ago but we don't have anything to give you". I told her that I had actually reserved it the day before, she just looked at me and said again, "I do not have anything that I can rent to you". How does this happen? I had already taken the time to reserve a car and now she is telling me she has nothing, since it was 1:00pm on a Saturday, I am not out of a car for the weekend that I need to make a last minute trip to Houston. It's very disappointing that even though I had already reserved a car, that I was left without a car and the representative didn't seem to care or take that into consideration. I was not offered any other option, just simply told that they did not have my reservation for me. Please Read Carefully!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. So unprofessional and waisted my time. Long story short. I got in car accident and insurance company from other party was providing a rental. Was suppose to pick up vehicle Saturday morning after calling Friday afternoon. Wake up Saturday and they say no vehicles available and would have to wait until Tuesday. Inconvenience. Also informed me to bring debit card and driver's license. Fast forward, January 23rd, Tuesday 8:30am...I get there and a Latino athletic guy with black hair tells me I need a credit card and my driver's license is out of state so there is nothing he could do for me. He was being sarcastic and rude the entire time. So I just politely left. Didn't want to entertain the negative energy. I would NEVER recommend Enterprise and definitely not this location even if it came with a 100% discount. read more

What a ripoff place I make reservation to rent a car for one day over the phone great price 55 dollars a day I asked to get picked up but they say I'm too far away. I get there and we go over details then when they are to give me the keys they say there is also a 300 hundred dollars deposit. I say 300 for just one day? This area does not deserve a star. I have got into an accident and insurance was going to cover for it. They recommend enterprise and based on location of the collision center they said try out this place it's good and I was even talking to the people at collision center. They even recommended their business over there sometimes. I confirmed on Friday for that location and o Monday comes around and I drop off my car. Remembering they said we will pick you up and give you your car because you are less than a mile away. I called after I dropped off my car to get serviced and I was left on hold for close to 2 hours. I contacted another location to get hold of them which they were amazing but they couldn't get a hold and even message them. The insurance company called and nothing. Looking further in the review on different platform multiple people have been left stranded without a vehicle. Horrible customer service and I'll already been in contact with management in enterprise. read more

With the exception of today in the past when I rented from Enterprise I had no issues renting using my VISA card . Put today when my wife went to pick our rental she was told she could not have the vehicle that was reserved for her. When I called the local rental place they told me it's because there is no line of credit attached to it. I find it funny in the past we were allowed to rent the same vehicle as today since our Insurance company would be covering the cost of the vehicle if it were stolen or in a wreck. read more

After many screw ups with the call center and the Bandera location, Thomas from Westwood Loop was able to get me into a vehicle! I lost 4 hours of my day to Enterprise corporate but Thomas's efforts, upgrade, and attitude made up for it. They picked me up and even dropped me at the body shop when my car was finished being repaired. I would use them again, especially if Thomas is there to assist me. read more

THE FOLLOWING IS BASED ON OUR OPINION OF THE EVENTS WITH REGARD TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH ENTERPRISE. We were rear ended on October 11, 2021. We were provided a rental car without insurance while our car was being repaired through USAA. After speaking to the USAA Claims adjuster and our personal insurance, on the 6th day both my husband and I went personally to the Enterprise location on Westwood in San Antonio and VERBALLY cancelled the rental coverage. They never printed out contracts signed on October 14th nor on October 16th when we exchanged (in our opinion) the "rent a wreck" -- nor did we get an email as promised on the rental. We asked the Westwood manager for proof that they emailed the contracts, and such proof was never received. After confirming a deductible of $500 (should there be an accident in the rental car) with our personal insurance and visiting the Enterprise location on Westwood on day 6 we were of the understanding/opinion the insurance was cancelled. ON DECEMBER 28, 2021, we received our first email from ENTERPRISE with invoice informing us our credit card was charged $1,168.17. We filed two disputes with our credit card, as for some unknown reason it was invoiced as one amount, but the charges to our card were on December 23 and December 26. IT IS OUR OPINION that Enterprise claims they made two phone calls to my husband's cell phone on day 6 of the rental (why would two people in the same office with info documented in their computer system make two calls hours apart), the same day we appeared in person and cancelled the coverage. There were no phone calls on our cell phone log and they could not provide proof other than notations in their computer system. Enterprise then on December 28 issued a credit for 6 days of insurance coverage and they claim it was because of the exchanged of vehicle on the 3rd day. DO THE MATH. The 6 days was the only amount we should have been charged. PLEASE DON'T let this happen to you. TAKE IN A WRITTEN CANCELLATION and MAKE THEM SIGN THAT YOU HAVE CANCELLED THEIR INSURANCE COVERAGE. This also happened to one of the USAA adjusters I spoke with only it was with a different Car Rental. IT IS MY BELIEF/OPINION THAT THE EMPLOYEES GET COMPANY INCENTIVES BASED ON HOW THE CUSTOMER IS CHARGED FOR THE ADD ON INSURANCE COVERAGE. HOPE THIS SAVES OTHERS THE GRIEF OF DEALING WITH DISHONEST EMPLOYEES - IN MY OPINION - AT CAR RENTAL AND HAVING A DISPUTE THAT IS BASED ON THEIR WORD AGAINST YOURS WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY - OUR DISPUTES WERE DENIED. read more
