After one of their…read morecompetitors damaged my window regulator while "trying" to replace my door glass, late on a Tuesday afternoon, A Plus Glass replaced both the door glass and the regulator at a moments notice. It was 3:00 in the afternoon and after the glass company, my insurance company scheduled to replace my door glass, wasn't experienced enough to replace it, I was at the end of my rope. We had our Toy Hauler loaded and ready to leave for the mountains in the morning. I called Chaney's Collision Center and spoke to Joe Downey. I explained the situation to Joe and he immediately, without hesitation said he would take care of everything from the repair to billing the Insurance company. He coordinated the repair with Carmele and Betty at A Plus Glass and told me to take my truck over to them ASAP. When my wife arrived at A Plus Glass they were waiting for her so they could start the repairs. They quickly got the vehicle to a Technician and he immediately went to work on it. It was now almost 4:00 and they didn't have the part in stock. Most companies would have told my wife she would have to come back tomorrow. Not A Plus Glass. They sent a driver out to the east side of the valley to pick up the part they needed to complete the repair and they even stayed after hours to finish the job.There was some question about my insurance coverage of the window regulator but A Plus Glass said not to worry, they would bill the insurance company and if they didn't cover it they would let us know and bill us.
